Did you call the mixer a "robot"?
    Now, that's funny.
    Thanks for the recipe.
    BTW!
Use the grill tray instead with baking paper until the dough is hardened and then remove it.
Use the flat tray at the bottom to collect anything that falls out from the girll tray. (You do not have to flip your lamacun when using Dry Heat/Hot air to bake it)
try it and you will be surprised.

It’s better to put the flattened dough in the oven prior to the sauce. Let the dough get slightly crispy. Turn it over and then put the sauce on. It won’t be soggy inside.

Notes to the ones who will make:
If you make the dough without yeast, it becomes stiff and hard, and you keep slurping it. First of all, make this ratio by adding half or full pack of instant yeast, as desired. Secondly, add 2-3 tablespoons of flour less than said here. You're already flouring it when you roll-open it. The dough should not be too hard. Third, never set the oven on a grill or fan setting, it dries crazyily. Make it in the normal cake baking mode ( up + down mode) . If you are going to cook two trays at the same time, the top one will cook faster. Finally, 250 C is a lot, 220 degrees is enough.
    Enjoy, everyone.

Lahmacun is a recipe that goes back 5000+ years. I don't think it belongs to any country or race. However, I know that it is made in many countries with slight differences. The recipe we give is what is known as Turkish Lahmacun in Turkey. It would be better to research and find out before explaining anything definitively.

You put an J in it and claim it is your food when you donn't even created it.
It's like saying Yogurt equals Turkish. Turkish language has ğ in it and thats the only reason say Turkish people claiming Yogurt as theirs no it's not.
It's not your word and it's not made from your country.
Is it a fashion now to stole Turkosh traditional food? Then why it's not listen on Arabic food lists?
