How can I store them if I cook them in the morning for Guests coming in the afternoon? Thank you.
So there is no baking powder or oil in this dough recipe ?
Hello Eli’s, me and my family love to eat these, but how can I cook 20-30 of them and keep them fresh for a family dinner? What do you do at home? 🇬🇧🌷🇬🇧 Maria
250 Celsius?
My mom makes these, we are Kurdish. It tastes absolutely AMAZING especially with ketchup.
In Italy they say pizza armeni
It is neither Armenian nor Turkish, it is an Arabic recipe learned by the Armenians and then the Turks, and it comes from the Levant as well as Lebanon

Did you call the mixer a "robot"?
Now, that's funny.
Thanks for the recipe.
BTW!
Use the grill tray instead with baking paper until the dough is hardened and then remove it.
Use the flat tray at the bottom to collect anything that falls out from the girll tray. (You do not have to flip your lamacun when using Dry Heat/Hot air to bake it)
try it and you will be surprised.
I thought lamb was used? I am positive the ones i had in Istanbul did.
Lamb or beef is used in Turkey.
lamb or beef is used in cyprus
Hi! What is pepper paste? Thank you
It same tomato paste
it's like pepper that is mixed and made into a paste just like harissa
Do lahmacun and pice come from different parts in turkey?
Lahmacun actually has a 5000-year history as far as I know. This recipe you see is one of the ones we prefer in Turkey.
Mwrhaba Türkçe anlatirmisiniz siz türksünüz sanırım elinize sağlık mükemmel oldu ❤

What's pepper paste?????
It same tomato paste
Can we replace meat with vegetables??
no
😮😮water in ml and flour in gr should be no Problem!!!
It’s better to put the flattened dough in the oven prior to the sauce. Let the dough get slightly crispy. Turn it over and then put the sauce on. It won’t be soggy inside.
😋😋😋👍
😂😂
Notes to the ones who will make:
If you make the dough without yeast, it becomes stiff and hard, and you keep slurping it. First of all, make this ratio by adding half or full pack of instant yeast, as desired. Secondly, add 2-3 tablespoons of flour less than said here. You're already flouring it when you roll-open it. The dough should not be too hard. Third, never set the oven on a grill or fan setting, it dries crazyily. Make it in the normal cake baking mode ( up + down mode) . If you are going to cook two trays at the same time, the top one will cook faster. Finally, 250 C is a lot, 220 degrees is enough.
Enjoy, everyone.
thank you, note that down
Let me do this recipe, yeast not too good for my stomach.
Itr arabic food
Si però devi anche specificare che nella carne macinata non si mette quella di maiale
Best of Armenian food
Это Лахмаджун
Lütfen şunu yapmayalım artık. O pizza değil lahmacun! Pizza için Italian pide mi yazıyor adamlar? Bunlar değerlerimiz.

لقاء دعاء بغداد غدار محمد يه فى دى لقاء بغداد 😋🤤👍🏻🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
Her boka sahip chikin it’s Arabic food

Jdjdhdnsbs mad armenian:d

@@samnabawy2731Oh really?
@@user-4xislb Yes really
And also the Italian Pizza is also from Syrian Origine and Syria is the Land of Aramians not Armenians no Aramians and the Roman Empire importing Lahmajun or Flesh in Dough to italy and became Pizza

Lahmacun is a recipe that goes back 5000+ years. I don't think it belongs to any country or race. However, I know that it is made in many countries with slight differences. The recipe we give is what is known as Turkish Lahmacun in Turkey. It would be better to research and find out before explaining anything definitively.
@@Elifs_Kitchen_Ek i also only give my opinion i dont claim iam 100 % right but Lahmacun is an Aramaic word for Meat in Dough and i know when Roman Empire occupy Syria they Take Lahmacun to Rome and became Pizza thats what i read in history but History is always in Doubt and you have also a good point in your views i will not refuse it or vlaim iam right 100% because many problems and wars start with radicals who claims the truth
No lahmajun is Aramaic word for flesh in dough and Aramaic is the mother of Arabic and Arabic is an Aramaic Dialect and Arabic Letters are Aramaic letters from Origine French was also an Latin dialect and became a Language

This has nothing to do with Turkish food , even the name is Arabic !!!!!!!
Lahmajun is an Arabic word and it must be an Arabic food, not Turkish.
This is Turkish style. Arabic style is a bit different
what does it mean?
if i am a person who is in aww and love of other language, and i develop one recipe and then i name it for adoration and exoctic aspect this language does it mean this food what i, estonian develop is now that country food bcause the language used to name it?
You put an J in it and claim it is your food when you donn't even created it.
It's like saying Yogurt equals Turkish. Turkish language has ğ in it and thats the only reason say Turkish people claiming Yogurt as theirs no it's not.
It's not your word and it's not made from your country.
Is it a fashion now to stole Turkosh traditional food? Then why it's not listen on Arabic food lists?
