Larimer Square makes perfect sense. The other streets? Sure, why not!? Seems like it would be great for restaurants and casual shopping.
Gondola? Is the point to drive more people/business to LoHi aka The North Side? Seems like it's already poppin' up there!? Love the hint of mountain vibe in downtown, for sure. Maybe expand eventually to include different stops downtown... like Minneapolis' skywalk system!?
