Virginia Village homeowner myself. Cusp of Glendale. I'm still confused why our property values aren't higher. Absolutely love it!
Absolutely good video and very true! Southeast Aurora I love. Close to Parker and 25 minutes from the airport! ❤
It used to take me an hour to two hours sometimes to get from Denver tech center to Denver main hospital during morning traffic between 7-10 am. It used to take over an hour to get down wadsworth and colfax to my school if there was traffic in the morning but without traffic it took 10-15 minutes. I feel like anywhere can take between twenty minutes to an hour or more depending on traffic. One time it took me 3 hours just to get out of the city on the highway during a holiday weekend, so sorry I disagree, traffic can be something you have to plan ahead for.
Again, I disagree, this was regular everyday morn8ng traffic taking me over an hour to two hours to get somewhere that took twenty minutes later in the day when it wasn’t morning rush hour. You live in Elizabeth not Denver, Denver traffic is real. lol.
Very interesting. We lived in Pueblo 1979.
35 minutes from castle rock? Maybe at 3am. Heck, the tech center to downtown Denver is an hour! People. Google directions during any particular time to see ….
If I could post a screenshot here, I would! I just mapped it on Google maps and it says 34 minutes from downtown Castle Rock to downtown Denver. Currently, it’s Saturday afternoon. Try it!
@@livingindenverpropertybros hi. Yes, I see 38 minutes now. So I hear you, my bad. Let me try to remember to do this Monday at like 7 or 8 am. Rush hour is soooo bad. Would be great if light rail would work from there👌.
@@lisawomyn21 yes check it out! My guess is maybe 45 or so. Overall, shouldn’t be too bad!
Exactly
I would never live in castle rock and work in downtown Denver. That’s a horrible idea. The commute would be hell.
let’s just ignore the fact that he drew over Colfax for I-70 🌝
I Love Denver. But you cant stuff any more people into Denver. And water is going to be a problem. I dont know where to tell anyone to go in Denver. Its overpopulated.
Was this recorded in 1963? Traffic is congested 6a - 10p.
Pushing Castle Rock pretty hard!
"there's no where that's don't move there" what about the dog food zone? Or the meth stabbing area right by union station with 24/7 screaming? Or the nuclear radiation cancer zones? Or aurora?
Just tell people move to a wonderful east Colfax to west Colfax hood. Super classes areas. Better yet just move to the 5 point or park hill 😂😂😂😂😂
Yea Denver Metro area can be very segregated just like most cities in the USA 🇺🇸 . For example drive down Federal blvd and right about after colfax you will encounter a lot of signage in spanish for many blocks until Evans blvd. And the same examples apply to certain areas in Aurora, montbello area, commerce city etc. Where you will see alot of hispanic stores taco trucks kind of just across the border vibe. And also just recently we just got about 70 thousand new Venezuelan migrants. But don’t worry there is plenty of areas that are mostly completely white folks. There is not much Black African American areas like many other cities. I live in the montbello area that is 70% hispanic.
How far is the meadows from the terrain subdivision
10-15min drive depending on where you are in the Meadows. Tbh, I don't think Terrain is nice at all as you really can't see the mountains.
@@CZcamsAccount0000 lots of hiking biking trails
Question: I’m in Firestone, work in Wheat Ridge, looking to downsize. Westminster? Kids in aurora and boulder. Love the content, but always ton south, too far south
We’re working on that as we speak! Appreciate you watching. More northern content to come 👍🏻
@@livingindenverpropertybrosThank you a ton! Downsizing is such a difficult task as well for us soon! I look forward to your videos! 🙏
Westminster and Broomfield are nice, quiet areas from my experience
@@TheRyansLion you can add Thornton to that list. A really good spot but a little pricey is Superior and Erie.
Arvada or Lakewood
Ft Collins isnt part of Denver
Give it enough time it will be connected.
It is now. From Wellington to Fountain it's basically one continuous city all along I-25. I avoid FC. Have for years. It commonly takes 45 min to get from Harmony Rd n I-25 to Rocky Mountain HS. Nuts.
He talk a lot about South of Denver. The reality is most of a company are located in Denver and Broomfield area. Best place around North Denver is Superior, Erie, Broomfield, some part of Thornton. Place to stay away from is Federal Height, Commerce City, most part of Aurora, Northglenn, most of Denver.
Stay outta Commerce City, LODO,Aurora .....go to Golden Lakewood or Arvada
Yup need Western Suburbs Golden Lakewood and Arvada...
We don't want you in Aurora, go to Highlands Ranch
Boulder is just a college hippie town, not the beverly hills of denver. That would be more like either cherry creek area or HR/LONETREE. Let's try not to be like Cali, like we already are with the politics and those aholes moving out here. This place was once a good mix of blue and red, NOT anymore!!!!
Just avoid Colorado in general! I was born and raised there it went to shit in the early 2000s but really went to shit when they legalized weed.
Where about in Colorado are you from?
@Timbodadon north metro area, but I've since moved after all the turd people moved there in 2014. Housing costs went up way too fast to keep up.
I heard Denver has a big issue with illegal immigration.
As of recent yes but it’s not the entire metro region.
Yup and big homeless problem
Absolutely yes Illegals are getting everything handed to them and many Denver budget cuts cause of them
Not sure, I heard it has a problem of illegal Europeans
Yep it’s terrible. Liberals ruining the city
Avoid these areas: The ENTIRE city! I moved here in 2000....yes, 24 years ago. The city is getting worse and worse by the day... House prices have been driven up to ridiculous levels! Moving here now... especially buying a home...well, you are going to get left holding the bag. 25% to 50% drop in the next few years is VERY possible. Think Vegas and Phoenix during 2008/2009. If you ABSOLUTELY need to move here: rent! The city officials are letting the city go to crap...this is just the beginning. Don't get stuck! My two cents... even if this advice helps one person: job done! ♥️🙏
