Nice house. At this price point, it needs a Butler’s Kitchen or at least a walk-in pantry . The laundry room in the bedroom upstairs??? It should be an entry door accessible to anyone who resides on the second floor

Seems like Texas managed to keep some stability in its property market even after the crazy property price growth over the past few years. Houses like this could easily be 7-8 million in California, if not more

The back yard is small
Everything was fine until I saw the back view, the fence looks ugly…..I am not sure if I want that view for 3 million…..

It’s beautiful, but not my taste, I love traditional homes and I wouldn’t pay 3,000.000.00 and something for this house it’s too plane for me. But the closest is very big and rooms are Nice’s. Some part I like, but I don’t like the railing- too plane, it doesn’t make the house look expensive at all. But it’s bigger than some other homes. I do believe someone will like it those. $3 million is too much, I seen better looking house’s for less. That was 1 & 2 million and look like they were worth more than that price. But, I do like you and your wife, cute couple
