It's my first time stumbling upon your channel, and surprisingly, I watched the entire video. That house is beautiful but the cost to maintain it....cutting the grass,pool cleaning,house keeping, plus bills is probably nothing short of 10-15k a month not to mention the property tax on that house at 5.3 million has to be about 250-500k a year so we're talking almost a million a year if u don't own it out right and about 750k a year if you do. That's wild

The exterior design of this home was absolutely beautiful, and the floor plan was really nice but some of the finishes was not my taste at all those mirrors in the master to the half bath with that wood sink counter to color choices and countertops, honestly with the staging and how ugly some of that furniture it drew your eye in more to not see actually the design of the room. If you could build that home and customize it to your own choices, It would be amazing. I prefer neutral colors white cabinets, grays, creams, one aspect I did love was the fireplace in the living room, but to buy this home their just to many aspects of interior choices I just didn’t like at all.
