Coffee right away ☕☕ is my morning ritual. If coffee is unavailable black tea. Or green tea. Also many mornings I finish tasks which were supposed to be done the day before: like washing a few dishes or tidying the kitchen countertop.

every morning i splash water on face, drink of water then orange juice then coffee. i read two pages of mindfulness daily focus book and write simple" today i am grateful for....." note and put in pocket to reread during the day as i remember it. thanks for sharing a bit of your day with all of us.

I love that you are always being very real with us and super friendly. I also enjoy playing your videos as I do my work as it helps calm me down from a long day at school. Hi Julia. I had similar surgery on my face and neck. My dermatologist and surgeon said the key to minimize scars is to prevent a scab from ever forming by keeping the wound moist with a dab of aquaphor and always bandaged until the wound closes. It is probably to late for that advice unfortunately. Once healed the dermatologist recommended regular applications daily of ScarAway silicon gel which you can find at most pharmacies. It comes in a roll on tube and is a clear gel that dries immediately and can then be covered with sun screen or cosmetics. I used it multiple times daily for a couple months and had no visible scars afterwards.

I got a CJO to be a flight attendant for a regional airline (Republic) and I’m really excited/nervous for training at the end of this month!! This is the airline I’ve been wanting for awhile since they have a base at my home airport! Being a flight attendant is something I have been wanting to do for awhile, but after watching your videos the last few years is what pushed me to actually go for it!

Hi Julia! Free and unsolicited advice, as usual... Vitamins are co-enzymes; they only work with proper nutrition. Most foods contain enriched vitamins, therefore it is not necessary to take additional vitamins, unless you are clinically deficient in these vitamins. Some vitamins are fat-soluble; not a good idea to indulge in these without your doctor's approval. It is best to have meals that are rich in protein (meat, fish, poultry), rather than taking protein "bars". Wishing you well!

When you said you were flying in to Pittsburgh I thought: I bet they hit some turbulence! I lived there for 3 years and had to fly several times a week for my job and always hit turbulence -- especially coming back from Chicago or NYC! Glad to see you back flying!!!

OMG! I do the same morning ritual Julia! I MUST splash my face before anything or else I just don't feel awake for the day. I have always been told by family, friends, boyfriends, etc, that I am weird for doing this...Haha! Nice to know that I am not the only one and we are definitely not weird!! I told them I wasn't weird...they're weird for thinking it was weird! lol Oh and btw, I was an FA back in the 90's and early 2000's...best job ever!! Safe Travels! ✨✈✨

I know this may be the weirdest morning ritual but every morning when I wake up I just stay there in bed for a few minutes analysing the dreams I had during my sleep.
I was traveling from PIT to DAL and back to PIT on Jan 14th! I'm pretty sure you were one of my flight attendants (well, depending on the time of day) lol. Anyways, thanks for a great vlog!

I like your diary. Very sweet that your great full for the things in your life. I’m supposed to keep one, but I don’t. My morning routine is to meditate. Minimum 30 min but an hour and a half is better, be safe!

Since June, I've been doing a lot of flying in and out of Portland, OR (PDX) as a FEMA volunteer. It has included multiple layovers at DFW. From my experience, about the only things to do to kill time on the airside of DFW is use the WiFi and ride the Sky Link.
