Cheesy Burger,Burger Sauce,Coleslaw

Who doesn't like burgers?😜 I am sure all of you have that "secret" recipe for burgers 😋😋Size, meat, buns, spices... Endless game really, but it is all good until you have a good result.
Let me show you one of my favourite burgers, mega-juicy, and full of flavours! Of course, remember about your meat quality, cause this is the KEY to the super burger, especially when you choose to make xxxl size😂😂 Burger sauce will work with it too, mine was a bit spicier so please be careful if you don't like spicy💪. To complete this set, I made a lovely Coleslaw, try it, and you will love it.

Minced Beef - 1.7kg
Minced Pork - 450g
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Basil - 2 teaspoons
Black Pepper - 1.5 teaspoon
Unsalted Buttler - 100g
Garlic - 1 small bulb
Onions - half of massive one😂
Eggs - 2
Smoked Paprika Powder - 2 teaspoons
Mozzarella Cheese(not grated) - 240g
Vegetable Oil
Coleslaw😊
●Carrots - 7
●White Cabbage - half of small one
●Red Onion - half
●Chilli Pepper - 1
●Garlic - 3 cloves
●Black Pepper
●Salt
●Extra Virgin Oil
●Lemon - half
●Mustard - 1 teaspoon
●Mayonnaise - 2.5 tablespoon
●Brown Sugar
●Dill
Burger sauce:
●Red Onion - half
●Garlic - 5 cloves
●Gherkins - 2 medium-sized
●Gherkins pickle juice - 2 tablespoons
●Brown Sugar
●Red Chilli Powder - 0.5 teaspoon
●Smoked Paprika - 0.5 teaspoon
●Black pepper
●Salt
●Adjika sauce(Link in description)
●Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoon
●Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
