I began using your system on January 23, 2024. Yesterday, February 24, 2024, I told a friend that having suffered from sinusitis for the majority of my life, I no longer have inflammation. The ability to breathe freely through my nose (and the reduction in sneezing) is an unexpected blessing. Keep up the great work.

@@matthewlevitt3048, in the beginning of the doctor's video she discusses the issues that may originate due to poor oral health (i.e., dementia, arthritis, other inflammatory processes). The mouth, especially the upper teeth, are in close proximity to the nasal sinuses. I believe the recent change in my oral microbiome, the result of following her program, may have eliminated an issue (bacteria) that was causing inflammation in my sinuses. My desired outcome for following the doctor's protocol was to slow down/reverse gum recession.

Dr. Ellie, so grateful for your mouth care system and Zellies!!! I am 65 years old. The last 3 or 4 years tartar was suddenly building up so badly between cleanings that my dental cleanings lasted over an hour and my hygienist of many years encouraged me to get cleanings 3 times a year. And still those cleanings lasted over an hour. I’ve been using your complete mouth care system for 5 months. This week I went in for my four month visit. My hygienist raved about how clean my teeth are. She even asked me for your name so she could research your system and recommend it to some of her patients. Thank you so so much!!! What a difference you have made in my dental health!! And in my overall health as well. Have been reading Dr Davis’ book called Super Gut, which has given me even more insight into good bacteria vs. bad bacteria and how that affects our bodies. Amazing!! Thanks again!!!

You’re fortunate to have dental professionals that care about prevention. For years, as my oral health continually declined no matter what I did, I’ve asked my hygienist and dentist if there was any new discoveries in dental care specifically in the prevention category. They never recommended any of the things I’ve learned from Dr Ellie, or talked about nano-hydroxyapatite toothpastes. Xylitol has been studied, and the good results found, since the 1970s. I do a lot of research on health related things and I’ve never heard of xylitol until Dr Ellie. I find the secrecy among other dental professionals to be immoral. But my dentist, who is rated as the top dentist just outside a major city, has to think about her husband’s periodontal practice that is connected to hers in a huge building that houses both because their practices are both booming.🙄

I started her program twice daily for 2 weeks, then went away for 2 days, resuming using my old products. Why? I did not want to take the 4 product system with me for just 2 days, thinking it would not make a difference.
I was wrong and had an immediate reality that night, seeing and feeling the difference. It was then, I no longer was a skeptic...it works while making a huge difference!

I went to a dentist for 22 years he was not cheap he was expensive and he kept shaving my teeth I did not know that I would lose my teeth I trusted him and now I have 2 root canals and 3 teeth left on top, so bad. This week I went to another dentist and he wants to pull all my upper teeth off and make me implants. $20,000.00.
I saw your videos and I believe what you are saying and not these dentists, it's all about the money they do not care about the person, and it is very sad. ❤ I'm new following Dr Ellie Phillips and she has blown me away with all her insightful knowledge that just makes sense and I couldn't wait to make these changes in my tooth/mouth care routine. Been following everything except im waiting on my Zellies and clo-sys but I have a good routine going so far, implementing all your recommendations.
I do have several sensitive spots that Ive relyed on sensodyne tooth paste for relief but I know that's only a bandaid and I needed to do more but I just don't trust the dentist or doctors these days...as well as I just learned I have a deviated septum and ive been sleeping with my mouth open and getting horrible horrible dry mouth (im working on correcting that) but overall I'm already seeing better mouth saliva.
This just made sense and honestly my mouth is really loving the gum brushing and extra care, Im just careful around the tender spots and looking forward to the clo-sys b4 I brush and zellies after I eat.
My mouth and teeth feel great already..looking forward to the progress.

I started using Dr. Ellie mouth care in February.
    2 toothbrushes
    Xylitol mints ( amazon )
    Closys ultra sensitive
    Toothpaste from Colgate
Meridol mouthwash ( act not available in Germany)
    And listerine ( cool mint)
What can I say except, thank you Dr. Ellie, it works although I don't use crest toothpaste and Act, unfortunately.
I do a mouth pulling with coconut oil last 7 days also, and wow, just wow how it works.
Yes I know, I did watched a video where Dr. Ellie says pulling helps against bad bacteria but also erases the good ones, I'm aware of it.

I'd like to hear her take on Hydroxyapatite which is now showing to be as good if not better than fluoride for re-mineralizing teeth. Also the difference between Sodium Fluoride and Stannous Fluoride. Studies have shown that Stannous fluoride is a bit better at re-mineralizing teeth.

    • @runae7368

replying here to myself. I found a tik tok video where she says hydroxyapatite layers onto the surface of the teeth instead of building up the inside which she says her system will do. She says your saliva and xylitol will work with your mouth to rebuild the teeth from the inside. Adding this to the confusion I just read the opposite in that hydroxyapatite re mineralizing teeth from the inside out and fluoride acts like a band aid. Now I'm more confused.

Just very recently in another video Dr. Ellie made, down in the comments section she said the Euro Safety Comm has never yet approved nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste because they are concerned that it may lead to arterial calcification. And she has said numerous times that she never recommends stannous fluoride, but rather only dilute sodium fluoride. Also, think about this: I don't know anything about if stannous fluoride could remineralize teeth or not, but even if it did, it simply isn't necessary to use it because her program as it is works so well that it doesn't have any requirement to work any better.

@Star FYI. Their verdict. "The European Commission’s (EC) scientific advisory board, Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS), has released its final opinion on the use of hydroxyapatite (nano) in oral cosmetic products.. The ingredient has been suggested to be safe when used at concentrations of up to 10% in toothpaste and up to 0.465% in mouthwash. The SCCS notes that hydroxyapatite (nano) can be used in skincare products at concentrations of up to 5%." March 2023. I did find her tik tok video on it yesterday and she says she is not sold on it. i also found in the NIH a strong study done that now correlated mouthwash (the ones she recommends ) with hypertension, heart disease and diabetes. The study however was done on people who might be prone to those problems too. I don't have a problem with using her products as I'm not prone to these problems but it shows that we are not all the same and need to do research on what products are safe for us to use on an individual level. I started her system two weeks ago (except I floss at night after brushing). My hygienist said it's fine to try it out.

I just started your system today! Finally got everything delivered and picked up from the store. I was able to find all the exact products you recommend at Target and Amazon. I got the Zellie’s gum and mints on Amazon. I may order from your website next time and see if that saves on cost. I will update this after I have used the system for a few weeks. I have a question…if I have tartar and build up will that go away on its own or should I get one last dental cleaning? Thank you! You’re wonderful and doing amazing work for the world! I’m telling everyone about your system!
EDIT: Found your tartar removal video. Answered all my questions. Today is my second day and wow my mouth is clean. All the spaces between my teeth feel like I just flossed. I honestly rarely floss so it’s amazing the rinses are working that well. My teeth are soooo smooth too. This morning I woke up with a very clean mouth and no bad breath at all. I did my morning routine, ate, drank coffee, took my kids to school, then after lunch I knew I wouldn’t eat again until dinner I did my first round of the system. Only thing is I think my mouth is going to need time to adjust. The spot where the cheek meets the gums is a bit sore and “rough” feeling. Nothing that is going to make me stop the system. Makes sense my mouth will need time to get used to the new pH, so I will stay the course! I will update again if anything new happens.

In 1967 I lost 5 front teeth in a head-on collision. I started with a 7 tooth bridge, then a 9 tooth bridge. A year later it failed, a loss of $18,00 + interes on the loan...so I got 4 implant in the front and two anchor implants on each side of the lower jaw. My body rejected the one on the left within 4 years. I am in the process of rejecting the one on the right. This has been going on for almost a year. I am adamant about cleaning (flossing) and brushing and rinsing . All other teeth have been capped! I did all this for overall health, not vanity.

Dr. Ellie does not think it is necessary to give up things that you love to eat and drink, but of course she does advise eating and drinking healthy foods. But you can certainly still drink coffee, and like you said, it is best to drink it to finish it faster rather than stringing it out with a lot of sipping, and then immediately afterward use xylitol. She would not recommend using the product you mentioned as it is not necessary if you are using her complete mouth care system, which will take care of the acidity from any foods/liquids that you consume.

I’ve noticed such an improvement that I suggested my son start this routine, and when he did, he immediately noticed an improvement. I cannot thank you enough for sharing your knowledge. I now look forward to this daily routine (I do it twice a day).
My next dental cleaning is scheduled for next week, and I cannot wait to hear what my dentist has to say. It’s obvious just by looking at my mouth that everything now looks healthy. I will definitely be sharing my experience with them.

I visited my dentist today, and didn’t say anything at first, because I wanted to see if they noticed an improvement. My hygienist said I had hardly any plaque on my teeth, but had some stains between my teeth from coffee. She also said she was shocked I didn’t complain of any sensitivity, because I always do when the cold water hits my teeth and gums during cleaning. I then told her what I was doing, and she said to keep doing it cause it’s obvious it’s working.

Here is something regarding travel that Dr. Ellie wrote in an old blog:
"When traveling, Zellies will help clean and protect your teeth after everything you eat or drink, and also when you cannot clean your teeth on a long trip. You also need a new toothbrush and Crest toothpaste. After brushing your teeth, add a little water to your mouth and make your own “mouth rinse” from the slurry left on your teeth after brushing. Swish this “rinse” around for one minute and then spit out. Zellies and a good toothpaste can protect you for a couple of weeks on a trip."

Dear Doctor, I am impressed with your approach and have benefited a lot. Just before I came across to your post on CZcams, I was using baking soda for about a year. My teeth started to get a bit sensitive around the same time I began to listen to your teachings. I thank you very much; you have saved me a headache. I have been using your dental care system since December 2023, which is awesome. If I may ask a question, I notice my teeth are a bit yellowish, and I am not sure why. I wanted to try stopping the last care, which is ACT, and not using it. It has been about three days since doing so. What is your suggestion?
    Thank you.

Yes, Dr. Ellie says using her complete mouth care system will allow gums to heal and regrow. It would be a gradual change, of course.
