    I remember this as being the most toxic atmosphere I'd ever experienced at Highfield Road in over 50 years following the Sky Blues! The West End was rocking for this game!!

    My favourite Coventry side with Terry Yorath and Jim Holton. I also remember Ferguson getting a hat trick at Wolves. Not keen on the physio's tracksuit though

    Painted a subuteo team in this Coventry strip, being a Scot.... Nightmare! . Really good team though.

    I was at this game. You could hear Alan Green scream out when he got tackled by Tony Towers. It ended his carerr. Tried a comeback but eventually packed it in. Great player. So sad. Brum have a habit of horror tackles ending players careers

      In fact Green played another 3 seasons for Coventry and then another 6 seasons in the USA including one appearance for the USA national team.
