The reality is that the war has been going on for 20 years now and the collateral damage to noncombatants makes it very clear this doctrine does not work. Furthermore, he sure as hell is not going to change the hearts and minds of Afghanis as a National Guardsman stationed in the US.

You joined the Army to be in the National Guard? Active Duty guys are made different I guess.
Everyone joins the guard, active or reserves for different reasons. I joined so I didn’t have college debt, became a Florida resident once I enlisted now I’m on the final steps for WOFT, why’d you join?
