Action Sports Photography, the igniter works fine. The gas simply will not stay lit. Goes out as soon as you let go of the orange button. I used a c-clamp to keep the button pushed while cooking.
Just bought one of these from Lowes yesterday. It will not stay lit! As soon as you let go of the ignition switch , it cust off the gas. Yes, I held it in for 30-60 seconds. Yes, the sensor is installed. 0/5 stars! DO NOT BUY!!
What size is this cooker
This was my question too.
so did the ignition not work and you had to use a lighter????

Did you find a solution to this? We're having the same issue and here it is Thanksgiving😩
@@candaceblack9535 same here. Try to fiddle with the sensor by the igniter. Make sure it has contact with fire.
Candace Black , we used a c-clamp to keep the orange igniter/gas button held down while cooking.
I put two strips of duct tape on there to hold the button down.
Are you serious?! Everyone has this problem!
Bad design. Cant use a disco wok on here
Drop the stupid circus music.
