as a man who has been doing cross fit for years.. watching this dam near made me cry.. but instead i will do 100 push ups and 50 pulls ups for these young men.. we all start somewhere.. were all brought into this world as someones little angel.. and then "life" happens..turns you into intorvert.. i wish i had this type of relationship when i was sad .. real blood sweat and tears in all my workouts and i know these guys did the same... cheers to eveyone and god bless everyone...
