Best job I have seen!!!! Sweet banshee.....I also have a 2000 I got new and will never sell....she will be put to sleep with me when my time comes. Your wiring is so fricken clean love ur work.....and ur shee too. I am getting ready to street legal mine ( on road licenses) and have been thinking about what u did with the battery, charging, lighting system, for a while and then seen this video....just what I was wanting to do....except I want a small fan that I can turn on or have come on at a set temp....I need to keep her cool at slow in town speeds. GREAT WORK NEVER SELL THE SHEE
Justin thank you for the compliment . I spent some time planning it out. wanted to make it look as if it came that way. I own my own car audio shop and have been installing electronics for 25+ years so that helped.

that is a sick battery, i was looking for one that fits in there buy cant find anything
i just bought a box that fits 8 x 1.5v AA batteries and tapped that to the flap under the seat now doing some wires, just to get blinkers so its 'road legal'

It’s not a kit it’s all custom made I own an audio shop and have been doing electronics for 22 + years. A rough run thru of what I did I rewired the factory stater and added a modern regulator and a battery.had a friend weld me a stainless box to hold the battery and trimmed out the factory tool pocket to access the battery I also added a waterproof box for switches and that allowed me to add everything from the led lights to a Gps tracker to the quad and make it look clean.I tried to make it look like it came that way.

I’ve been thinking about tearing my quad back down and doing a step by step video on it maybe whenever I get the time.
