  • not all cod content creators are bad but a lot of them just want to complain, especially a certain one who has 3 of his videos on screen. But all in all i loved MW2 and i wish content creators would stop hating on the game because its not the old style of cod

Im glad to hear a voice opposing the career COD players, so often it feels like big creators use their influence to try and get the game tailored to *them* and ultra high level play, and then the average Joe Shmoe roots for it when it doesn’t even take them in to account. There were a couple things I wanted to point out that add your thoughts, such as with how the perks work. The same system is in For Honor and it works fine, having perks unlock throughout the game and sped up based on how well you play is fine. There is nothing wrong with it other than that it isn’t “what COD is” and that’s why people are complaining about it.
The red dot on firing on the map was dumb and way too easy in the older games, having the more ambiguous dots on the compass that just say “that way” like REAL LIFE where you could tell direction of gunfire and *maybe* distance is much better.
Overall this reminds me of what happened before Halo Infinite dropped where big creators wouldn’t shut the fuck up about it “neEdiNg a bAttLe rOyAle mOdE” or it would die within a week of release. I saw a video at the time calling them out because they weren’t making genuine complaints for the sake of the game, they were making them based off of needing it to be tailored the right way so they could make money and further their careers, which has zero concern for the average player, which is the majority of the player base.
Anyways sorry for the essay, but good video man. I don’t even play COD anymore but your stance on it sounds pretty reasonable

As someone who has never played COD, having your location revealed when you fire an unlicensed gun sounds pretty lame, like if I have a good sniping spot or are trying to sneak around and fire then games just like "hey, guys, he's here, go kick his ass". I think just having a compass of a general direction to where gunfire is, is a nicer way of doing it

Imagine not playing COD since BO2, couldn't be me.
