    So 65” gonna worth it? Because I’m worried to buy the a80k you know the reason is the burn in panel and this tv looks like a good choice for long term, for movies/series and some games

    • @saphireg8094
      @saphireg8094 Před rokem +1

      My local mom and pop store said with all the transitions and cutscenes for most games, this is pretty minimal. And the time you’d actually have to put in on a single game would have to be excessive.
      Also the tech to reduce this from happening is quite good, there’s no need to have it so bright you’re scorching your eyeballs.
      Also the store owner told me sony was great with not having any burn in, but that he gets many panels from LG with the issue.
      But I am down to this set and the a80k. I’ve played my friends ps5 on his and it looks light years better than my x900e local dimming set, picture is somehow way more detailed and sharper, and it can get uncomfortably bright. Inpuag is noticeably better than my tv. 120htz is like adding the soap opera effect to your games. Not really cinematic but I guess some people like it, even 40htz is too smooth.

    • @HomeTheaterHobbyist
      @HomeTheaterHobbyist  Před 2 lety

      😂 Great question! Not sure yet because the Sony QD OLED isn't out yet but I'm guessing it will be the TV to beat this year.
      Out of the box Sony processing is really really good so if all these TVs were placed in Movie or Filmmaker Mode I assume the Sony QD OLED would be #1 but we'll have to wait and see!

      @@sekiro2936 A95K is QD Oled display so it doesn't need local dimming because it doesn't have blooming in the first place. There is a risk of burn in and will probably happen if you play games with a lot of static elements.

      I have the exact same problem. I think the day to day consumer (like me) will not be able to tell the difference if the X95K is put next to say the A90J. I have a 55” LG OLED and since I’ve moved to a bigger house the 55” looks so small so I would like to get a larger TV and a Sony brand. 75" is just perfect for my living room

    • @verticostate
      @verticostate Před 2 lety +6

      I have been for the longest time aswell. But i will go with everyone's advice: size trumps picture quality. It's like Classy said in his tv size video.. size you will see in 100% of the content you watch. Picture quality (especially between these 2 tv's) can only really be seen in select movie scenes and even then you would have to be looking for it..
      Good luck on your decision :).

    • @Z4d0k
      @Z4d0k Před 2 lety +2
