Incidentally, this video actually helped me understand why my index finger started to hurt on Christmas Eve: The handle of the spoon I used for mixing a batch of ingredients for this year's presents was too thin, and the pressure came from the wrong angle. I would like to see if having two dull spikes instead of one sharp knife and maybe a thicker and longer piece of fabric would be able to slow you down or even stop you completely if the fabric had enough layers. Non the less doing laches with knife in your hand is giga badass move and i loved the fact that u actually did it (and also glad it didnt end with impaling your leg of sth)
@@AntonFomenko pretty sure its doable with two dull swords, if you would use assurance similar to the one used when climbing the rope you can jump on the fabric hanging from the top of that high salmon ladder you have, the problem would be the right fabric you should use. All in all i think it takes a lot of effort to do but i believe it would be a great video and prince of Persia's like experience :D
The smile you had when you spoke about wanting to try the knife trick was just contagious. Would be interesting to see if you could clamp holds to the fabric?
When doing a grip strength type video, I would see if you could get a reference code from Grip Genie or such that gets you a small commission on the sale and link in description. Be up front and honest about it. But if you are honest and upfront about it, it can help you and other people out too. Same with any climbing accessories and some climbing company, etc.

The sheet obstacles always looked spectacular on the show. My instinct would be to drape the sheet around the girder to share the load more evenly, though better cloth would help - maybe a blanket is a good compromise?
I just watched sheets tear three times. Not sure how they were attached, but I'm thinking something where the sheet is draped over the support so that it's not tearing, say, due to a nail that's supposed to hold it up, which with your weight crashing onto it would just obviously serve as a way of ripping it. Maybe draped over and tied in a knot underneeth, and then the knot reinforced with some cord, so you don't use up too much bedsheet length. That should spread the force out, so your not tearing at a crappy attachment point. Another idea would be to wrap the sheet around, say, a 2x4 but then bolt the 2x4 to another piece of wood that's secured. Then the friction between the bolted together 2x4's could compress the sheet that's wrappted around one of them. Maybe it should be doubled over a few times before it's wrapped. Then the part that's hanging could be allowed to spread apart after it's bolted.

Anton in the core challenge you did with the ninja warrior kid you mentioned chest development to correct his posture, I do a shitload of climbing and would like to do the same but bench bothers my shoulders…. Any other workouts you’d reccomend? I think push-ups would be too easy, I could probably do 30 before I start to get tired

Stretching might help. But it’s hard to day without looking. Good pt can help easy. 💪
