William Beck It depends on how you define "perfect". The upsides are good but not OP. The real benefit is the almost non-existent downsides; no loss of faculties, unchecked mutation, or added weaknesses/upkeep. The benefit of the more radical mutatations is usually more power, in one form or another. Its not like shes blowing up cities with eye lasers or something. Its just a significant improvement on current humans, which is great. Also, she has regen but the extent is untested. Most of the BOWs on this list have impressive regen like hers but we know they have limits by playing the game, hers probably moreso since its not radical mutation. We just haven't fought her but I'm pretty sure Chris or Leon would have an easier time taking her down than some of the other threats they have faced.
The scariest part about these monsters is the fact that they were originally just humans. Seriously, how the fuck do you create something like Haos? He looks like a supernatural life form straight from hell.

I think that William Birkin should have been featured on the list. Only within a few hours he had gone through almost a half a dozen mutations, and if he had not been cleansed on the train then it could be easily assumed that his state would become even more mutated.

Piers stayed behind in RE6 because he knew HAOS wasn't dead, and with his B.O.W form HAOS didn't attack him. Because c-virus mutations all give other B.O.Ws ability to see which are infected, and which aren't. Piers stayed to finish HAOS before it could follow Chris to the surface

Those cells need to come from somewhere, nothing is lost nothing is created from nothing, to support that speed of growth they would need to eat a lot of things to give the materials to produce those cells and the energy needed for it

I thought that it could have been much better. However, with what it was, it was a serviceable game. It aimed to pay homage to past games and provide new things. I think it just got lost in the mixture of things, turning it into a mess by the end.

Whilst the series has returned to its survival horror roots now, I'd have liked to have seen an action game featuring mutant Piers, as it would have been perhaps the only other time in the series you could actually play as a mutant (other than Krauser and Wesker in Mercs), and it would have been cool to see him enhanced with further mutations rather than weapons.
I'm surprised he didn't include Lisa Trevor. She is virtually invincible because of how much T Virus she has in her. I bet even jumping off the platform after she gets her mother's skull doesn't kill her. She's easily one of my favorite fights even if it only lasts a minute or two just because how tight the area is and she can knock you off so easily.

I like the fact most of these are from RE6, I feel it's very underrated, each character story is okay by its self, but when they all come together, it's almost a masterpiece, I only say almost because not all of it is great, but the concept is quite different and rather unique. Another great thing about it is that it shows as the virus progresses the heroes have had to adapt too, and it really showed how the world had developed over the years.

Technically, according to Sherry's description, the G-virus adapted and mutated inside her body. Even though the antidote suppressed the virus, it didn't prevent any further mutations from taking place. No telling what possibilities Sherry possesses. We've only seen a small portion of what she can do, I think.

Judging from your criteria, Jill should share the top 1 spot with Sherry. If you remember, Jill was directly infected by Nemesis in RE3 and was later helped by Carlos who gave her the cure. Then in RE5, where Wesker kept Jill under a leash, he realized that the T-Virus from Nemesis was assimilated into her body saving her when she pushed Wesker into a cliff during their encounter with Spencer at Rockfort Island.
RE: 6 is just plain fun. I enjoyed all the different storylines and having all the characters in one game. Jake is an interesting character and I wish they'd bring him and Sherry back. Of course it had its drawbacks, but I still really liked it. Also: RIP Piers :(

If I had to choose my personal favorite mutation in the franchise, I'd have to pick Las Plagas, namely the Master strain. It would allow for you to alter your body as you wish. I'd personally aim to cease aging and have a shell that would be impenetrable, along with other benefits to the body and mind. Basically, turn into the ultimate warrior with an army if need be.
My re oc is a baby regenerator with the hypnos gene! Because the scientists thought the hynos gene would solve the brain damage thing. Also twink didnt have much of a brain since she was affect at birth and shes currently 5 months old. So she shows signs of still learning despite the brain not being exactly in the right place.

My resident evil oc was a bay regenerator with a modified hypnos t virus. She was a normal baby. Her mom wished her to be strong being born 5 months early. So the scientists researched how to make a regenerator smarter. The babys brain didnt during the process. And the modified hypnos t virus made it that all the evolutions are internal. So twink would stay as a human form except for the red eyes and gray skin. Bullet proof would make skin tough as hell and strengthens the lungs.
i'm not sure if sherry's healing factor or even lisa trevor's could replace entire organs like that so it is possible for both of them to be killed in the right circumstances certainly lisa was destroyed in the mansion and sherry could take damage when she was hit by ustanak

Technically, according to Sherry's description, the G-virus adapted and mutated inside her body. Even though the antidote suppressed the virus, it didn't prevent any further mutations from taking place. No telling what possibilities Sherry possesses. We've only seen a small portion of what she can do, I think.

Then in RE5, where Wesker kept Jill under a leash, he realized that the T-Virus from Nemesis was assimilated into her body saving her when she pushed Wesker into a cliff during their encounter with Spencer at Rockfort Island.

RE: 6 is just plain fun. I enjoyed all the different storylines and having all the characters in one game. Jake is an interesting character and I wish they'd bring him and Sherry back. Of course it had its drawbacks, but I still really liked it. Also: RIP Piers :(

Derek Simmons mutation is honestly my fav of the bunch, I mean you basically have full control of the dormant DNA to morph into whatever you want (hence, why the T-Rex shit looking form) since mother nature always works on top of old code, so technically speaking if you tap into the reptile regeneration...

If I had to choose my personal favorite mutation in the franchise, I'd have to pick Las Plagas, namely the Master strain. It would allow for you to alter your body as you wish. I'd personally aim to cease aging and have a shell that would be impenetrable, along with other benefits to the body and mind. Basically, turn into the ultimate warrior with an army if need be.

My re oc is a baby regenerator with the hypnos gene! Because the scientists thought the hynos gene would solve the brain damage thing. Also twink didnt have much of a brain since she was affect at birth and shes currently 5 months old. So she shows signs of still learning despite the brain not being exactly in the right place.

My resident evil oc was a bay regenerator with a modified hypnos t virus. She was a normal baby. Her mom wished her to be strong being born 5 months early. So the scientists researched how to make a regenerator smarter. The babys brain didnt during the process. And the modified hypnos t virus made it that all the evolutions are internal. So twink would stay as a human form except for the red eyes and gray skin. Bullet proof would make skin tough as hell and strengthens the lungs.
