Flat 'N Fast 2 did not disappoint...
Duncan Robinson of Giffnock North AC storms to a gun-to-tape victory at the West Lothian Cycle Circuit.
In doing so he earns himself a new Scottish Native Best of 13:52.30 (fastest time ever ran by a Scottish person IN Scotland). In a stacked field of familiar faces, we see 7 athletes break last year's course record and run under 14:30.

Earlier that day, Natasha Phillips of Dundee Hawkhill Harriers destroys the previous Women's course record and runs a time of 16:16 to earn herself the title of this years event.
