Awesome hunt, and great film work too! Looks like an Alaskan adventure! Really cool. I grew up in Alaska, but have never been to Valdez, looks like I should make a visit! The hunt went quick, but you guys did an amazing job with the shooting, great work, must have been a lot of prep and practice that went into that hunt!

I don't understand. The woman killed the bear and then she caressed it gently. Isn't it hypocritical?
We are just thankful for the ability and blessing of harvesting this animal. Although many hunters, like myself, hunt to put organic wild game in the freezer and on the plates of our loved ones, taking any creatures life isn't easy. Humanely taking an animals life isn't done for the sake of violence, only as a part of the process of being a meat eater.

WHY would you NOT have a sling on your rifle ?????
Hey there! I haven't run a sling on my guns since I was a kid. On this hunt we were doing spot and stalk from a boat so we weren't hiking a bunch - mostly using our glass to find bears. On the majority of our other rifle hunts I use the Stone Glacier Quick Release gun sling - so, it's attached to my pack but I'm able to access it in a couple seconds if needed. :) (which is especially important in grizzly/ brown bear country.)
