And that's just an old, tiny, antique model tractor. Imagine what some of us farm folk could do with a 4-whee-drive tractor or a combine...
They just armor the hell out of D9 bulldozers. I'm not even kidding.
I feel ya on the industrialization. 15 years ago the place I'm sitting was a cornfield and there was only one warehouse within 5 miles. Now there are dozens of them. It's not even recognizable anymore.
It's wild to think about.

A part of me hopes the cop car story is from TFE's father in law, because thats is just rad.

I did a bank/food run yesterday an there was no mistaken that one of the local farmers was manuring his field. I've never complained. Now this the time of year to do it. It will be fragrant for a day maybe two then it's done.
They might've made a mistake with not picking up the War Tractor, but they made up for it with the Ontos. 😁

My grandpa was a farm boy in MO before joining the navy and the barn on the farm back there is the funniest thing. Amongst other things there’s a giant pile of tires cause apparently him and his brothers would steal them off of cars as pranks and/or revenge 😂
I live in a town where instead of trying to fix neighborhoods where the houses are great, but the water, electric, and internet is trash, but they want to build more houses..... especially in one area where the water pressure is horrendous.

In reality, the War Tractor would've been a sitting duck. Very slow, and weak armour.
Compared to a tank, sure. They could have filled the same role as a Bradley.
Yeah. They couldn’t stand up to any heavy armor but scatter a few dozen in with your infantry? Killer.
