+Jane Doe Indeed, someday but first let her finish beating up Wall St, she can follow Bernie Sanders in 4 or 8 years. We cannot allow Hillary Clinton to win, she's a hawk.

Kathy Gray I agree. But I fear that we may have no choice but to vote for her. You better believe that if she is the Democratic candidate, I'm sure as hell not going to sit at home not voting so the Nazi Reich party can win. But she is certainly too cozy with those banks.

John Adams would roll over in his grave. The only reason I played this video is because Adams was from Boston and I hoped to hear a reflection of Adams in this speaker. I am sorely disappointed that she speaks like a sentimental sob sister. A soft heart without a hard head to match is not only useless, but dangerous.

Shame on the politicians who would reject the children, the women and the men trying to escape the butchery of evil that lurks in the hearts of too many on this earth. If you reject the meek, you yourselves will be rejected in the hour of your need by the one who dwells especially deep in the hearts of the people of goodwill, the real humanity that fosters compassion among those less fortunate by virtue of their birth, geography, culture, and religion. There is no heritage to justify not providing help to those who cry out from the depths of despair while still calling themselves Christian!

Senator Warren is right that we help the Syrians not only from a sense of humanity but also to display unity across the globe. 1 issue that comes up with people here in the UK is that we have a housing crisis of our own with many people in work or not unable to afford somewhere to buy or rent & feel that allowing refugees from where ever in the world to jump to the front of the line as unfair. This does not have to be the case. In one way or another we are all refugees in this world.

This level of humanity and sincerity in political speach is something we need more of, not least in Europe where far-right rhetoric is spreading like wildfire. I was kind of bugged when she spoke about many of the refugees being middle class and educated, because their lives' value as human beings must be seen as independant of their societal status, but it's still important that people realize that immigrants are as unique and diverse as the rest of "us" and are actually resourceful for Western economies.

Very Hearfelt by a Wonderful Senator ! Although I feel , we should get out of the Middle East .They have been at it for thousands of years & each time we try to help costs us Many Lives & Billions of dollars .We too have a lot of people here in need ! There are Homeless Veterans' , Native Americans living near poisoned water , and so so many more daily tragedies on going .Do not have perfect answer , but this would cost us dearly to say the least .Some refugees already calling for Shyra Law in Sweeden & want to infiltrate them to impose this unhumanitrian treatment of Women & stated would like to see that here as well !!!! A lot to think about Safety dosn't seem to be listed on this for here.

although i have no problem with helping others---should we not help our own first. we have so many homeless and needy right now in our own back yard that need our help and we are not helping them. we have veterans who have earned our help and we are failing.....we should be spending any money we have extra---(and i am sure that is not much because of our debt problem) on our own homeless and veterans who need it. IF WE CANNOT EVEN HELP OUR OWN - HOW CAN WE BE EXPECTED TO HELP ANYONE ELSE??

    • @trina32goblue

+Tony Bastogne that's an okay idea but you have to realize how many of the refugees are actually men and are in the age group for combat. I've seen some numbers and i don't think its as many as you think.
