Completely forgot about it until I had to save it from being sold at our annual garage sale.
Decided I wanted to get back into shape, dusted the tape off, but it was just 10 minutes of him doing only heavy jabs in silence...

I actually work out on the bag like this now, 15 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute rest in between... IT IS HEAVY AS FK!
Don was hard as nails but come on he was juiced to the gills but they all was in pride right
Very good! Thats how you do it! He has a very high pain and burnout threshold. Extremely focused. He never loses power or technique the whole workout no matter how tired he gets. Each jab was just as powerful as the previous. Thats how you do it. Thats how you train and get stronger. He just showed every one how! It's not an easy process
Don Frye was an amazing fighter. Seriously I mean that guy was one of the toughest human beings I ever saw
