Ford recently took the covers off the new Everest (previously sold as the Endeavour in India). Given that it has gone through a generational change, there is a lot that’s new with Everest compared to its predecessor.
Will it come to India?
Given that Ford's production operations in India have been shut down, the all-new Everest (Endeavour) is unlikely to be introduced in the Indian market. However, fully imported high-end cars such as the Mustang Mach-e SUV and the Mustang muscle car are expected to continue to be sold by the American automaker. Ford was recently awarded a license under the government's PLI scheme, and it is now possible that the company would resume automobile production in India.
