Ashdown RM500 - EVO 2 - bass head review demo

I have this exact bass amp. My question though is, how did you like the Rootmaster cabs? Can they take a lot of volume without breaking up?

I run a pair of RM112 cabs with this head. Really lightweight and compact, but sound incredible even at high volume. They are very transparent compared to the GK cabs I used previously, and are loud , even if used separately at 8 ohms. A pair of them is all I ever need , even in a loud rock setting

Alberto...how does the Evo 2 version of this head differ from the Evo 1 version?

Probably the weight, the Evo 1 version is 5 Kg. I haven't read anything yet about sound.

I like this amp from Ashdown but to me it’s just not as musical as their solid state offerings. Very responsive and loud though!

Class- D is solid state.
