Tow truck driver shot, killed in Chicago

- Around 1:30 a.m., responding officers found the 28-year-old driver inside the tow truck with gunshot wounds to his torso, in the 3000 block of West Fifth Avenue. The tow truck had multiple bullet holes in the window.
This isnt surprising for multiple reasons. 1. It's Chicago. 2. Tow Truck Driver is a dangerous and volatile job. Most people hate them unless their needed for emergency situations. 3. Combine reasons 1 and 2.
And most, not all tow truckers are gang bangers with rap sheets and all, trust me i know my first hand experience 🧐
What you say is true I am sorry someone lost their life in this field of work but what you said reminded me of something I witnessed once in the same city. I was in the hood at an apartment complex they had limited hours visitor parking and no visitor parking after these certain hours; it was after hours and a person visiting someone decided to park in a residential parking spot because it was empty. The Thirsty Tow truck driver chilling in the cut somewhere watching things swooped in for his $195.00 tow plus fees once they get it wherever they take it. He's preparing to put the car up on the lift next thing you know people (not the owner he never even knew what happened)) came out from all over the place yelling at him (he's yelling back at them to mind they're business) some surrounded him and some climbed up all over his tow truck (grown folks) threatening him.... Do you know that man got the heck up out of there and the car stayed parked until the person felt like leaving.... Towing is a very Dangerous Game!!
The ones that are pieces of shit give the neutral ones a bad name. I personally feel like it’s too many tow truck scams and thefts so people are tired of this shit. There’s gonna be even more clappin after this one

FYI: The tow truck company is Northwest Recovery, I've had to get my car back from them multiple times. They're in the business of finding any way to tow your car and then making you pay hundreds of dollars to get your car back. No doubt I'm guessing the situation was some dude saw his car being towed unsuspectingly and unloaded on the driver.

Northwest Recovery is a repossession company. Someone's car is not worth a man's life. If someone can't pay for the vehicle they shouldn't take out out on a contracted driver, they're just the company hired to pick up for finance companies.

That’s an easy statement to say. But this consumer possibly been thru this before. Everyone is in a form of debt. That finance company probably charge this consumer $530- close to $600 a month on a car note. This tow company are liars and make it difficult to deal with, and they also believe they in giving consumers a hard time in a world they can come back in contact with those same consumers they were rude to or gave a hard time too. They have two different locations u have to make appointments jus to retrieve property then they are 45-1 hour away to pick your car or property up. Trust me this tow company ran into an existing customer before and put their employee at risk for a financial company who already robbing the consumer blind
