I think a move called 'The James Brown' where youroll your knees,ankles and the balls of your feet first to the right,lift your knee up to the right with the left leg out in an arcing movement at waist level turning hip out to the left drop the leg and place the foot down so that it's at 90 degrees to the right leg,turn using your right heel pivot to turn to the left so that your now on the ball of the right foot and the left foot flat on the floor.you should be in a walk like position then step forward feet together.Repeat on the left this time lifting the right leg to the left. This is just the most basic version.This move usually involves interlacing of the fingers,lifting of the arms locking them while moving them to the left then turning the head left also while keeping the body facing the front Before the pivot in the case of the right JB.IIt looks more like a James Brown type move and is more funky.If you look at Boogaloo it has more similarity to that in that everything comes from bent knees.:-)

I already knew those moves from Popping but I didn't know it was called the James Brown shuffle plus breaking it down into its separate components means you can fully understand it better and even do them individually having more control over the moves to perform it better..So thanks for that.;-)
