Pilot Cut His Face on Approach. REAL ATC

An Ameriflight Beechcraft 1900, performing flight AMF1830
from San Antonio international airport (KSAT0 to Corpus Christi international airport (KCRP).After missed approach at Corpus Christi requested to hold near the airport. Later the pilot reported that he had cut his face and requested return back to San Antonio.
