@@thercstore. yeah. All fine. But I think 3s and the faster motor may kill it. Don’t want to risk it. I think 42 is respectable for a 1/10. 👍🏻😊 although my other Tamiya speed car did over 60!! But that was just to beat Tomley. 😂😂😂

But I agree usable speed 42mph is quick especially out of a Tamiya.
@@Soney_ManicI bought one each for my nephew and myself. His has the max10 80 3652 and for giggles and not knowing better I put the max 10 140a 3665 with a 27t pinion and the gears held up to 3s fine with that. The flip and slide took off about 90% of the shock caps and cage however. No speed test yet.
@@tomconnors8165 max is a beast on 4s. Good rc regardless. You defo made a great choice.
@@tomconnors8165 it’s a great car and I hope Tamiya gear it up by moving to hex etc. but u imagine hardcore Tamiya fans are against it. Still. A great buggy. 👍🏻👍🏻
