Day 1 premium weapon skin dlc
Peter's axe is one of the most beautiful weapons I've seen on this show
But not save the people on the fire!
Same
Dude that axe still split the door open. It may look pretty, it it’s very well made.
@Zombie Frogg why are you upset 😹
But not the same example
Jordan's ax was a tool while Peter's was more a combat weapon. If I had to save someone from a fire I'll pick Jordan's. But if I have to swing it all day on a battlefield Peter's design wins hands down.
You mean hands off.
@@scunts LOL! Great way of looking at it.
@@scunts Hands down....on the ground.
I agreed, Jordan never knows to kill. Only save a people on fire!
They're both winners
Jay's laugh before the strength test was scarier than Doug covered in demon blood
I like it hhhhhhh
Wouldn't want Doug to look at me all black eyes saying "it will cut." though 👀
It would be cool if he stick his face through the hole on the door and say HERE'S JAY
5:26 Not only killer laugh but the quickest UNSETTLING wardrobe change of all time!!!!!! 😆
hehehe😈
5:25
I love how wholesome he said "hi guys" with the flash and sound of lightning and horror soundtrack on the background...
And the laugh of a killer
☠️
notice how he summoned a turtleneck
@@navykid97 now that you mention it...that's kinda spooky
Peter's axe is a work of art. I am impressed by how the handle looked like a mermaid's tail, and the insignia of his parents in the axe itself are a pretty nice touch.
So is Jordan's axe. The tally marks, the scratches in the head, and the smiley face with Xs for eyes add to the horror movie villain's weapon aesthetic.
"In memory of my father... In memory of my mother."
Wow, I actually felt something just now.
Wow those axes are some of the most beautiful weapons I've seen on this show
I know right!
Love from india
They are indeed. Heck, the loser's weapon is the better looking of the two in my opinion, and that's saying something when the winner's weapon looks so awesome.
@@spamhere1123 Peter Farquhar is a long time acquaintance and friend and has acquired a bit of a legend in the Southern California Historical reenactor community, and I can promise you, with first-hand knowledge that the axe you see on the show, is just a teaser of the things that man has forged.
@@derrickzane5834 Hi Peter's alt account
Nah I'm just kidding, the man did some fantastic work, I couldn't decide who will win as well.
Lmfao it’s the covered in blood after the test for me 😂 they enjoying that a lil too much.
who doesn't lol
@@1staccofaweeb610 people that’s aren’t a little crazy
@@oblck_romeo6311 you mean boring people?
Most strength tests "Im going to do something utterly absurd like put it blade edge down on a railroad spike and hit it with a sledge hammer."
This test "Im going to chop wood with this axe."
me /surprised pikachu face
You use weapon on battlefield, it's means shlashing in enemy weapons, armors, helmets, shields, gates, doors, sometimes even whole day. So if sword survive in one pieces few hits in block of steel, propably it survive whole battle. Fireman axe isnt a weapon its a tool for battering doors, walls furniture et cetera.
EDITH. Yeap, you right i was expecting something more spectacular, but smashing doors in Jack Nicholson style is good too.
@@prasaite but im pretty sure those aren't real doors since it was too thin, probably some prop doors
@@panjidf the way those doors splintered? definitely solid wood whatever else they are.
Doug is such a nice guy. I like how good humoured he is and how he really throws himself into the show. For a guy who could take a knife and peel you like a potato, he's 100% lovable.
IT WIL KEAL!!!
also, heavily missed the oportunity on the strengthtest to say , "Here's Johny!" lol
The only reason they didn't is because of copyright infringement
@@Lilith-Rose wouldnt fall under copyright, but trademark, and a single use of it, colloquially isnt enough to infringe on the trademark, mostly because theres no money being made, and its a one time usage. but i could be wrong.
disappointed!!!!
I hope so badly they would say that
He said Becky I’m home tho
Jordan's axe was from a Serial killer who had sold his soul to a demon, finally getting to kill the demon. Peter's axe was from a couple of demon hunters who had been killed by a demon, finally getting their vengeance.
Peter’s axe is an art piece. Looks really stunning!
5:25 one of the most menacing judges on the show introduces himself with a "hey guys" hahaha 😂😆
I'm here for Doug's " it will kheel"
Love it whenever he says that
Always in character 💯
"Authentic Forgeries"
I appreciate this bladesmith's sense of humor.
i too
... I just got that, and now I can't stop giggling.
Peter is such a cool guy, the design, the decoration, awesome.
This must be the first time I couldn't predict the outcome!
Still, after the explanation, the decision makes sense.
I almost couldn't predict, but I predicted it'd come down to weight/design, and the crack would be a heavy heavy factor due to them both performing flawlessly in the tests
@@bryceschichi1568 The crack sealed it, I'm afraid.
@@bryceschichi1568 I called it when Doug said he liked the extra weight on #2.
These both gotta be the finest looking weapons ever made on FIF
They're up there, for sure.
Peter’s Axe looks like a Legendary axe that Kratos would wield.
Camera zoom in.
IT WILL KEAL
IT WILL CUT
But the scariest part of this episode, is that abnormally friendly "HI" from Jay. That's just not normal him. Scary.
I am a firefighter, no longer active because of ptsd. but, loved firefighting, loved my fire axe 🪓 and sledgehammer for performing fire ops! 😉
very cool fire axes in this episode!
Ay thanks for saving lives man, im sorry about your ptsd.
PTSD is not real.
@@ryanburrell4999 yes it is
@@regalblade8171 wrong, it’s an excuse for weak minded people who can’t cope with everyday events
@@ryanburrell4999 Oh really? You can try those jobs for few years and then you can tell us how you feel.
They did equally incredible
I like how both the axes look like unlockable skins for any madmax kind of game
Jordan: *makes a fire axe*
I'm afraid geez the performance makes me scared:(((
I hope they build functional blades that exist only in video games, like the gunblade
Or Kitana's fan blades from Mortal Kombat.
Four days to make one is near impossible
They did with an Assassins Creed sword in a previous season
Gunblades existed. So did a gunaxe.
@@lm_Cray but that was a real sword, not a fictional one
Peter probably the type of guy to say “hey let jordan win but dont tell him”
The guys axe was insane
I'm really glad Ted Dansen is able to enjoy his hobbies under a different identity
Would have been interesting to see them put theirs' head-to-head-to-head with a commercially available Fireman's axe. It's not like they're hard to find.
This is like the doom slayers melee weapon
Kar en Tuk
5:25. He introduced himself like how I used to introduce myself during class presentations.
😂
Authentic Forgeries, I like this man's humor
Didn’t catch that! Lol
I think Jordan's just looked more horror-y. Peter's was super cool
Those doors be like: DEGROF
Dead meme be like :"insert stuff from video"
@@BrumeNoire Yes.
@@BrumeNoire Until Pewdiepie declares it dead I'm going to use it as if it's brand new :))
Don't dead Degrof inside
What is old reference!!! THE SHINING!
"the judges have disgusted" 😂😂
At least they had the decency to explain clearly why this guy won in this one.
When Doug picks up the axe and delivers lethal blow into those horned demons , i hear the Doom Eternal theme song starts playing
i would love to have either or both axes, great job both of yall
love the innocent 'hi guys' before smashing it on the strength test
Both these axes are legit works of art
Man those judges have the best job in the world lol
Both exceptional weapons.
i wish there could be 2 winners, cuz both axes were AMAZING, both in design and functionality
Wow my friend knows Jordan Jackson.... way to go man ...... very cool 😎
5:15 perfect timing for his signature statement.
*the intense stares and smiles when the weapon does satisfying damage* 😏🤣🤣
Peter's axe: Legendary weapon, Dragon's Flame
Jordan's axe: Epic weapon, Flaming Horror
Nervous hey guys followed up with a menacing hehehe got me lmfao
Jay doing a sane and accurate strength test? What is this
Miss the last host very much.
Ok
I thought old guy was more exp than young guy🤔 however today "It will keel" "it will cuzz" was oss🤣
i like how he says it will heel with the atmosphere and wielding an axe
Those were some Beautiful axes, you can tell they are both good smiths
I was hoping the guy that tested it against wood would say "Here's Johnny!" after.
Jay walks in and just smiled and waved lol 😆
first time i feel the judges are giving good reasons why they took their decision and most importantly that they said to the loser that he was close and despite losing he did a great job . if the difference is obvious , no need to be condescendant but here it was a close match and I feel he deserved the encouragements he received . great job .
Both of these axes are amazing.
"It will kill"creeps me out every time
You missed out on some good puns... “extinguish the life from these dummies” for the kill test and “five finger fillet” for the sharpness test
* Jay smashes his way through the door * HERE'S JAY!!!!
Jordan’s kill test was everything. Clean blow center head. Followed by a skull crushing finish. Simply gorgeous.
When the common weapon is higher level that the legendary
Shout out to all the brave firefighters throughout the world.
- "Your Firemen Axe WoulD KiLlLLlLl Bahahahaha!!!!!"
- "Hi guys
I like the intensity of this episode
Way to go Jordan !!!!!!!!
The competition was a draw...why they didn't get it 5000$-per head?!
Because it wasn't a draw. One axe had some slight defects, and the other didn't.
one of the axes will be broken after 5000-10000 door crash.
I don’t think it was a draw after hearing each of their remarks and seeing the results.
It's because Peter's axe had some slight defects and Jordan's axe better matched the example of a traditional fireman's axe, and Jordan's axe was able to damage the door quite a bit better then Peter's axe on the strength test, so that may have also been a factor.
Exactly
Peter made a legendary class enchanted weapon.
Jordan's axe looks more like a classic horror villan's weapon while Peter's looks more like a legendary melee skin
My man almost missed the block
Every one gangsta till one of the contestant enchanted the weapon and easily win
Wow that was real competition. Both did great
That was an impressive bit of kit Peter, well done, an sum, it was way better.
2 Beautiful Designs
Peter's is an empire legendary bigg love for your weapon & your skills
Peter is amazing, what an great old dude, my mans just loves what he does
I love the way Doug said it will kill and it will cut this episode
god i loved watching this episode. i hope they make more battleaxes/greataxes more often
"Welcome to the KEEEEL test"
6:12 «Here is Johnny!!»
Best kill test
He cut the first door exactly how Jack Nicholson did in The Shining. The PERFECT opportunity. And he RUINED the, "Heerrreess JOHNNY!" reference.
"How Many Keals Do You Have"
Doug Marcaida : *YES*
When you see Doug marcaida is looking at you smiling with a bloody axe and he says "it will kill"
You gotta run
5:24 that "hey guys" give me a scary vibe
Forged in Fire should focus on making more Pole arm/Spear weapon from Bladesmith, this kind of weapon is devastating and deliver more Keels.
This is probably one of my favorite tests. Those axes are freaking sweet looking too
The guy when he says
It will kiiiilll and
It wil cut that was the most scariest thing ever😂😂
this man loves his job
You gotta give the crew props for always trying to keep the same old line fresh and fun.
Doug loves his job
5:57
"Here's Johnny"
It will be a pleasure to hear "it will kill"..!
Peter's axe is like w legendary thing in real life, game an d literally everything!!!!!!!
7:50
Perfect timing by thunder and lightning
Anyone else wanted Jay to just walk behind the door, stick his head through saying "Here's Johnny!"?
Both of their's looked so awesome.
I honestly really wanted jay to stick his head through the door after he smashed it up 🤣 heerrrreesss jaayyyy 😅
