That said, there was no F, so what was said was "diminish the retarded actions", and he was talking about the stupid things that come out of the President's mouth undoubtedly. It's not the same as calling the voting populace retarded by any stretch of the imagination. Now, you can still have a problem with what he said, but at least get it right. His tipoff should have been when he was reading the other responses around 3:20. He actually quotes an article that uses the word "actions", but I guess he (and his viewers) only heard what they wanted to hear. Hopefully that clears up things a bit.
