There is a chance that he will return during the next Legends anniversary celebration in August 2023, as then most old event commanders come back into the store for a limited time
I think queen Elizabeth would sink this ship in no time due to the limited damage cons
Yeah HE spam is its weakness :)
Except the queen Elizabeth also has weak armor. Just angle and shatter the HE round and use the german Otto cilliax and you can get extra damage from AP against the queen Elizabeth, there is also the russian commander to reduce the ricochet of AP rounds.
