It's when you realise that the only person who truly and unconditionally loved Kosem was Iskendar, but she never deserved it.

First time in this whole Kosem series I cried about a character...Killing Iskender is not right. It is so sad how people get stepped upon just because of how or where they have been born. Even if they did so many good things in life.

Ahmed dead really touched me. I never wanted the king to die. I never wanted Iskender to be killed because he is too nice, loyal to the king even when he found he was a prince and he is innocent. The King killed him because of his mom and the fact that he is in love with kosem which is a crime. But I have this feeling that iskender didn't die

I feel bad for Iskander. He is a nice person who saved multiple times of Kosem's life and even the Sultan. Plus what made me feel angry is that, even Iskander just knew he was a prince. Why not give him a chance like Mustafa. But the king killed him. What an unjustice is this.
The Prince killed him because he was in love with kosem. So much that he kept a picture of her. That was capital offence punishable by death. Mustafa was the only innocent that's why the sultan didn't kill him. He was a kid used by his mother. She is to blame for everything that happened to mustafa. And iskender deserved death. Because that's the penalty for being in love with the sultan's sultana. And he knew this. That's why safiye sultana was mortified when she found a picture of kosem in iskenders room

Iskender's mistake was that he loved Kosem dearly and she didn't care about him a bit, even when he saved her life.
He risked his life multiple times for her and she literally threw him to the wolves and willed his death. She didn’t even feel guilty about it

In these types of TV series,you always choose side. Like in Suleyman, i was always on Hurrem side,no matter what,and thats only because of actress Meryem Uzerli, who Is simply phenomenal!! And then because Vahide who played Hurrem beautifully! In this,im on Safiye side,Iskender, even Halime. Beren Saat ruined this role for me. No emotion,no reaction,just mute. Flat line!! They should have just put black wig on Meryem and let her rock this role of Kosem!!!

Watching this episode, I just wonder if Ahmed didn't have a "perforated Ulcer". Seems to me that as soon as he's under a great deal of stress he gets an attack. I've seen this many times and although at that time, they would not have known about such a thing nor how to treat. On the issue of Eskander, he could have gone to Ahmed when he found out and chances are Ahmed would have tried to be more understanding. But, I can see where this is headed considering all that Sultana Safiya has done to gain control of the Empire Eskander wouldn't have been able to stop her. Today we think this is horrible, but this was how the Ottoman Empire existed back then. It wasn't right, but it was how they lived.

I feel bad to iskender he is a loyal and brave soldier of ottoman empire... Even thought he is a member of their dynasty.
The acting in this series is superb but the actor who plays Mustafa is wonderful. It must be a real skill to portray mental illness because the subject is so diverse. It actually brought tears to my eyes to see his performance.
Everybody is saying they hate kosem...lol...I Don't think so she did anything wrong because Safiye killed her father, sister... How can she believe her that she will not kill her husband Sultan Ahmed... No one wanna lose their husband,, children.... Kosem is right in her side.... Because no matter how much innocent iskender is,,, Safiye will try to enthrone him....but Iskender is my crush so I lost my interest for this series 😭😭😭😭

Well... Kosem and Ahmed in this series, after killing Iskander you better kill every single person of the relatives in the palace; men and women
So it is only your sons and daugthers to remain in the palace.
In India just the contrary, they killed daughters of the poor class just to avoid dowry. Now, there is a social problema,two many men in India and violence with women. Really foolish.
Kosem, even, killed her own sons. An awful creature she became.
They cry, beg for forgiveness, once granted they turn arround and they immediately go back to their old ways and commit their crimes again.... lowest forms of creatures
I cried in this show ammed doesn't want his brother to die but the mothers always want the king's throne because they are satisfied that they are alive and able to walk

The older Anastasia/Kösem gets… the more she loses the things that made Ahmed fall in love with her… her Honesty, her Unterstanding, Kindness, Mercy… she loved her children yes… but she loved them too much in a sense. When one starts miss trusting everyone, and seeking the lives of Innocent people… something isn’t right anymore. A lot of people shouldn’t have been treated the way they were; Prince Mustafa for instance… Iskender… Ahmed’s Mother…
It’s a great series! But It also really shows a messed up system of people miss using their Power.
Kosem's acting was so flat so pale...even I can't feel her emotions on the most emotional scenes of:-
1.Ahmed & Mustafa😢
2. On her wedding (most happiest day of her life..the Way hurrem(Meryem) reacted♥️.
3.On Ahmed's death😢😫

agree. Even that scene when Ahmed thought Kosem was dead and vice versa, and when they saw each other again, if I was in Kosem's shoes I would have broke down and wept but there were hardly any tears in her eyes. Ahmed was more emotional that she was.
I hate ahmed how come he behaved like that with skinder

Imagine how fierce they were women who arrived at the title of Sultana. Hundreds never seen just even once the sultan. And even they run the empire behind the curtain. Ottomans shined only when power was in the hands of these women, thats why it was magnificent century
Anybody else notice that none of the actors and actresses can cry real tears? I saw a show with Meryem Uzerli and she said that eye drops were used off camera to make it look like the actors are crying.

I really hate Kösem and Ahmed. She's very ambitious and Ahmed is only Kösem's puppet and also an fearful sultan.
Iskender was innocent and loyal but they killed him anyway.
I didnt feel an ounce of guilt while Suleiman suffered. I felt he deserved it. But this guy Ahmed, he was nothing but good hearted one. I can't see him suffering this way. 🥹🥲So heart breaking to watch.

Poor Mustafa a truly tragic figure. The scene with him and Ahmed was heartbreaking.
And then Ahmed’s death scene - it made cry - poor Ahmed he never realised his dreams😢

Not going to watch anymore after what happened with Iskander, i know this is just a drama but it broke my heart 💔
