500g plain flour/hard /All-purpose flour, 60g butter, 190ml water, 60ml of evaporated milk, 1 egg at room temperature, 4 tbs sugar, 1/4tsp almond extract, 1 tbs of vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tbs yeast, Oil for frying.
