- Not all fiber supplements use the same fiber. Metamucil’s plant-based psyllium fiber is gel-forming to deliver multiple benefits that other fibers, like Benefiber, can’t. See how the psyllium in Metamucil gels to trap cholesterol and sugars.
Metamucil has four multi-health benefits-it helps promote digestive health,* helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels,* helps support heart health by lowering cholesterol,† and helps you feel less hungry between meals.*

†Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 7 grams of soluble fiber per day from psyllium husk, as in Metamucil, may reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol. One serving of Metamucil has 2.4 grams of this soluble fiber. One serving of Metamucil capsules has at least 1.8 grams of this soluble fiber. - Jak na to + styl
Benefiber is much purer I think I will go that route. I can see metamucil being good for someone with high cholesterol or diabetes.
💪💜Love Metta..Been taking it for Year's! I have a Angery Stomach. My Doctors Recommended and fell in Love💜Best part I do lose weight when taking Everyday! So Thanks 🙏
I take this every morning and I feel great and energetic all the time.
I take this everyday I feel great 😄😄😄😄😄
Can you do one without the Aspartine
So the pearls in the Meta Mucil just float to the top after sinking? 🤔
Hated all the other chemicals they put in it. Sell just the fiber without the other crap
Just buy psyllium hisk then
Does Metamucil make the original unflavored sugar free version still? No added sugars or artificial sweeteners?
We sure do! You can visit www.metamucil.com/en-us/products/metamucil-fiber-supplement/sugar-free-original-smooth for detailed information on this product as well as retailers that carry it.
Thank you so much for asking this question because last night I went to Target and I bought Benefiber instead of Metamucil because the sugar free Metamucil contains aspartame and I don't want that in my body and I don't want sugar and I don't want flavor and they didn't have that option on the shelf so I'm really glad to see that they still make this and that it is available... this is my first time trying this type of product and I really wanted the Metamucil but I settled on the other one because I don't like flavor and I don't like sugar....🤗
@@Incolere don't get the unflavored and sugar-free one because it tastes soooo bad 🤮. I recommend the Orange and sugar free formula with cold water. It works and tastes so good.
@@zack1_157 Thanks so much for the heads-up on that Zack! 🤗
Can it helps in constipation
It should, you need plenty of water with it.
I tried this and it was way too sweet! Why would you need 16 grams of sugar in a 2 tablespoon serving?
Hi there. Sounds like you were using our Metamucil Orange Smooth with Real Sugar. If you found that too sweet, please note that Metamucil makes other versions that may be more suitable for you. If you prefer Metamucil with no added sweeteners, we think you might like our Metamucil Sugar Free Orginal. For more detailed info on all our products, please visit us at www.metamucil.com/en-us/products
Thank you.
Just add more water or use their their products
When I try it I get so uncomfortable and bloated. How long until I get adapted to it.
It says 2 weeks generally.
does Metamucil come in plain flavor? (unflavored) I get tired of consuming the same taste on a regular basis and it becomes disgusting to me. I don't even like the chewy multivitamins because after a while I get tired of the taste so I'd rather just take a pill.
I believe they have it in pill form. I just got the orange one and need a strong drink to get it down. A juice or Gatorade, I’m only on day 4 but have seen results.
Hey is your Metamucil organic?
Would this help with belly fat?
You will lose Water weight , not fat i think...I lost like 8 pounds by using fiber supplements for 1-2 week
If you wanna loose fat then go workout dude lol
@@darkknight-nw5nc Your right. I need to stop being lazy 😂💪🏼
80%of fat lose is diet(eating below you maintenance calorie level) 20% is working out
Every time I drink it the taste makes me vomit? However I need this any suggestions?

Have you tried the capsules?
Yikes, perhaps pill form. I just started using it as I feel I’m not getting enough fiber and I need a straw drink to get it down like I have cranberry pineapple, I think or I need to use like a Gatorade to be able to get it down. I don’t know if I could ever take it down with water. I just tried to today was day four I took the two week challenge and I’m going to continue to use that I am anticipating and this was a quickest I got it down. I just get it down get it down and have a drink to chase it.
Difficult and expensive to buy in the UK (Amazon ONLY) and price fluctuates between 25GBP and nearly 40GBP
Please look at selling through UK supermarket and pharmacy chains?
60 million people in the UK (Untapped market guys)
Yeah but Metamucil has aspartame and maltodextrin not putting that crap in my body
That's how I feel!
@@Incolere @Justin Drew they also have a stevia one, a sugar one, and one with no sugar or flavorings, in addition to the original sugar free one
www.metamucil.com/en-us/products/fiber-powders/sugar-free-original-smooth
This one with the link is just psyllium husk and maltodextrin, and citric acid
The maltodextrin and citric acid is nessecary unless you want it to go bad or rancid
@@ty5731 Thanks so much....really appreciate you 🤗
@@Incolere you’re welcome! 😊
Are artificial sweeteners really worse than sugar?
Nothing beats meth though 😂
