      No after the protests last year the government has become flexible in regards to the Hijab laws. Also the IRGC is not responsible for enforcing the law, the police (which is a separate entity from the national army and the IRGC) is usually the one in which enforcing all the laws including the Hijab law. Thankfully there has been less activities in regards to the Hijab law since last year.
