In my years I have traveled around the world, I have seen first hand the aftermath of war, soul crushing poverty, the hollow face of hunger and violent death. Things that change you as a person. I have been some very dark places, but seeing a memorial for 11,000 dead children lined up on a beech broke something inside me. 11,000 young lives reduced to empty rags in the surf. A mass grave of the innocent, the only real monument to war.
We in the US are led by mega donkeys and have been since at least 1980. This has led to massive homelessness, wealth inequality, corporate government take-over, loss of a middle-class, out-of-control education costs, rundown schools, no speed trains, crumbling infrastructure and wage stagnation. You get the bleak picture? We need a similar movement!!
