  • Working on pushing him a little more outside of his comfort bubble... smaller space and a little more pressure to help him work through his anxieties. I know it may seem counter-productive, but it's nicer to help them work through their anxieties faster than let them live with them for longer as long as it's done in a kind way :)

It's fun watching you start two such different mustangs at the same time. Thanks for all of your efforts on doing videos. Is it possible for the gelding to watch you with the mare and learn anything from seeing how she behaves with you?

Both of your new mustangs are adorable, they’re a good size and well muscled. Both have pretty heads as well. Continued good luck with them in 2024. Happy new year.

Hi Sam, I've enjoyed many of your videos, and these 2 mustangs are no exception! Did I hear you say that you are friends with Elisa Wallace? I enjoy her mustang gentling, too! Love these two mustangs immensely!

He’s pretty darn handsome- nice solid build. He’s pretty QH type, but I might be also seeing some Arabian in him? (Moments of his posture)
I’ve been watching your videos for years Sam. As a fellow New England “Girl” (I’m a mature 57 now) with nobody horse-y in my family either. I know how much I had to push to get to my horses. (I did eventing/ hunters/ equitation in university- I ride for pleasure now, when I can swing the time and $$. Otherwise, I get my horse time here, sitting “on the rail, on the side of the round pen” online.
It’s so impressive what you have built here with your horse training and the Mustangs- thank you for sharing this world with us❤
Sending you best wishes for a Happy Safe and Healthy 2024- MBZ

Great work - did you end up figuring out how old he actually is?

more interested in the ring you have on it, I looked on his page and couldn't find it? I think this method would be really good start for my mustang as he has been a harder one for me to train.

What is the rope called that you are using from double dan Horsemanships?
