    If any religion forbid you to help others(donating organs for transplant) or stop you to contribute to the society(donating organ for research purpose) then the religion you believe is a pure filth and the person practice that religion is nothing but a burden on society

  • @Jorjina.hayatt

    Apart from the rulings and conditions described, We also have to see analysis of success of kidney transplant which is very low, less than 30 % at times, as most of kidney transplant can fail or death is caused during the operation or soon After, so it's not an easy organ to donate for transplant, all is not so perfectly achieved in the transplant operations.
    With the rise of kidney disease due to poor lifestyles & diets, diabetes and hypertension, awareness and emphasis should be on preventing these diseases and prevention of severe outcomes like kidney failure, instead of confirming and looking towards radical solutions of organ transplant which do not significantly improve health, and may cause more complications in some cases
    Most people with kidney disease have a cause in their body due to which the kidneys fail, medical science still does not identity or remove that cause, and the third kidney also eventually fails because the cause to that failure is still there.
    Just informing here as a health professional as most people do not get to know how many failures occur in transplants hence the islamic condition is not so satisfactorily fulfilled when the % of harm is more than the percentage of good in kidney donation, it can work fine for a few yrs and then, third kidney is also lost which is very depressing for the patient and donor as well.
    Liver transplant fare much better though. Heart transplants change your entire personality, if successful, so muslims shouldn't get heart transplant or organ donation of non muslims or hearts from bad character people. Same for all other organs.

      Such input is very important to the discussion ,thank you for sharing. Unfortunately, the way the question of organ donation is usually put (both to potential donor and to shuyukh) is creating false expectations and therefore also shaping the answers. When people think of the question "is it halal to use the organs of a dead person" it is rarely mentioned what was said towards the end of the video: it is disputed even among physicians when the death occurs. Before making any decisions or passing fatwas in this regard, one should investigate the notion of "brain death" and also hear the critics if it. I am not from the medical field, but many first hand accounts of relatives of organ donors, of nurses etc who have worked in this field, make me really doubt the concept of brain death as something which would be seen as death in the islamic perspective. That's why I would not accept an organ for myself (may Allah protect me in my organs) nor would I consent to my organs being taken. I am a blood donor alhamdulillah. That's the only think I can see for me without a doubt as halal insha'Allah.

    have the ummah lost his mind ? you all declaring it is halal, but differ on the details, one say even after death is halal others not, yet it is declared in england as halal. And you say it right, our body is from allah, so you say lets abuse it by cutting it open and then donate organs? so when we are raised what then? and one claims it must be a muslim or one close to muslims.. what is all of this happening with the scholars and imams? do you not think anymore? why do the persons who wash the bodies of the death, do it very carfefully? and not try to let him fall to brake his bones or hurt him in any way? why dont they use hot water , nor cold water? but in between? and now you and those english muslims come along and claim it is halal, to then cut them open, take out everything we need, if he gave permission for a body which is not his according to you, and then give it all away.. you are making a new islam. if you do a little research, you would know that the prophet said ; that inovations will be less better than what was before it right? so do you think this was there all the 1400 years ? they begun with little parts of the human body, and when they got a new and a new and yet another new invention, they came to the organs, and now you telling us it is halal? no muslim here is giving up his name for the last 20 years to cut out their hearts and livers and bodyparts to donate. yet you want to stamp it into the next generation, know that you shall be answered and asked for your proof for this

    I am surprised why this question is raised at all in islamic world, whether organ donation is allowed in islam or not. No other religion has ever raised such question. I have heard many islamic scholars on this issue. Just to save image, few scholars say it is allowed with many ifs and buts. Donating dead bodies is simply not allowed, then how will medical students study?

    He mentioned “ gray areas” so many times. Therefore, I think it’s time for Allah to appear himself or send a new messenger to clarify confusion regarding all the modern concepts. Islamic teachings can’t explain the modern world. God: please send a new messenger, or let us directly text/what’s up you without a middleman/messenger. Allah needs to adapt to a new technology of direct communication. We don’t need these mullahs who can’t explain the “gray areas.”

    • @s.elh.3281
      @s.elh.3281 Před měsícem

      It's a very important question, because (as indicated towards the end of the video) the 'modern" medicine (dominated by the non religious West) has a problem as to when to regard the patient as dead, i.e. when to take the organs (vital organs like heart e.g.) out of the donor. Critics say , that the so called "brain death" was invented exactly for this reason. A brain dead person is breathing with the help of a machine, is moving his / her limbs, is warm. If it is a person who will be an organ donor, this "dead" person will be given anesthesia during the organ explantation and there is numerous first hand accounts of relatives of such a person who will tell you, that if conducted without anesthesia the donor has signs of pain in his/her facial expression. The donors blood pressure raises during the explantation, the so called "dead" persons is clearly reacting to the taking of the organs and if it is (as many critics say) the donation which ultimately kills the person, then the question of halal / haram has to be examined in this light. Overall, it is fair to say, it is a quite complex question.

  • @mdkhan3928
    @mdkhan3928 Před rokem +1

    The opinion I follow is that after death, no one can mutilate the body & remove organs. To the best of my understanding the body can still feel pain after death, so that is why having to cut a body to remove organs for transplant purposes is unnaceptable. I'm quiet surprised the Fiqh Council didn't take this point seriously enough & instead focussed on the maslaha of the recipient.🤷🏿‍♀️🤔 If I donate an organ like a kidney or an eye while I am alive then this is fine - obviously not something without which I would die if donated.🤷🏿‍♀️😇

So that might be sound harsh but if the child has to die so he has to die. Dead is nothing negativ, its actually positiv for a true beliver. We belive, that this world is a test and with dead comes the freedom. We all want to be free but we have not the alawness of Allah to make our own decision when we have to die.
