Danny is spot on about Jack. He has always needed game mins to feel his touch and this big nudge from Pep will help refocus Jack as he is has always trained well, has also usually stepped up to challenges.
Dias was in and out as well. Heck, Akanji does not play every game. Even Foden went through time on the bench. Grealish is not of that ilk, and that's fine. No need to come up with a bunch of justifications for him.
Danny absolutely bang on, jack always took a few games to get going at villa too following injury or lay off.

Do these guys even watch City? Doku hasn't been playing well at all, the main reason he's getting so many mins is because of Grealish being injured. Pep has even been experimenting with Bobb and Nunes LW because of Doku's performances.
Jack Grealish drinks and doesn't look after his body as a sportsman should then he gets injured. He just seems unprofessional.

It's time for pay for play to be brought in. I've no doubt all the dozens of players sitting at home nursing their 'injuries' would suddenly spring into action. At any one time there are so many players missing games with absolutely nothing weong with them. Most of us in the real world will not get paid unless we turn up for work. Some of these lads are very fond of the treatment room and getting fully paid for nothing in return.
These players who are missing games and have nothing wrong with them, do you know these players? Are you treating their injuries?

Signing for Manchester City is great for any player. You're playing with world class players and for a world class manager and you get handsomely paid.
The downside is that you're therefore competing against players that are either world class or on the cusp of to get in the team. He's got Foden, Alvarez, Doku, Silva, De Bruyne et al that he's competing with to be a regular starter.
So many modern day players seem to have re-ocurring injuries. It may be down to the amount of football being played or the intensity and velocity of the way the game is played nowdays. Maddison is another one who seems to have numerous spells out with injury

Grealish will never match Sterling stats for City or England, yet Sterling was barely appreciated by fans of City or England, and Grealish is loved by them.
Sterling scored 130 goals in 7 seasons at Man City. Haaland has scored 79 goals in 1 and a half seasons at City. It’s not very smart to compare them both. Yes Sterling never played with Haaland but he played with Aguero. Pep chose to let Sterling go after he failed to compete against Grealish for the LW position. Are you now questioning Pep’s decision? We have seen Sterling level for Chelsea it’s no where near the level he was at for City. Sterling has 3 fantastic years at City from 2017 to 2020 but after the 19/20 season he dropped off a cliff performance wise
