The 28-year-old was pivotal to City's historic 2022/23 Treble, playing 50 games as we lifted the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup trophies.
Before moving to the Etihad in 2021, our No.10 had made it through the youth ranks and become a legend at boyhood club Aston Villa.
Here, he sits down with presenters Nedum Onuoha and Rob Pollard to tell the story of his journey from a prospect to a champion.
He discusses his first memories of playing the game, training with Aston Villa's first team at the age of 14, becoming the star man during their Championship years, receiving international recognition and how Pep Guardiola gets the best out of him.

It's crazy how rare it is to find such genuine characters like Grealish and Alphonso Davies. Everybody else will be like robots while those two will sit in front of a camera and talk like they're speaking directly to their best friend.
City is pretty foolish not to have Grealish on more (as it relates to social media). The fans have shown just how much they love him for a long time now.

City has won 2 titles without a striker and one title with debruyne barely playing due to injuries. It’s system football that has been extremely well coached. That’s why they rarely miss a player.

Grealish is the greatest release player ever, give him the ball and he absorbs all the pressure by being able to dribble everyone or get fouled. Makes sense he's a left back in build up against good pressing. You can't press him. Only foul him. He's the perfect outlet

He is fantastic: very honest, intelligent, polite without being cloying. In general, I find City players to have special qualities. Maybe Pep looks at this too, not just the "talent".
Now that Doku is here, I wonder how pep is going to use the wingers. Without KDB, Foden must play in the middle so City has 3 main wingers in Grealish, Silva, and Doku. It'll be interesting to see how they will be started.
Edit: I went back to watch some clips this season again, and realize some times Walker functions as the right winger. So even if Foden starts on the right wing, he still plays centrally.
No alvarez will play middle
@@zakikonde5566 He does, but I was more talking about the other middle player since city effectively plays 2 #8 in the middle. But looking back at city lineups for the past few games, it seems Pep still uses Foden as a winger more than using him centrally. In fact he used Bernardo Silva centrally while putting Foden on the wing at times.

The thing is what he sees and thinks isnt what is actually happening always but i think he should always discuss with his coach his opinion, i think the coach has a better outside perspective view of everything happening along with his assistance coaches to know what dicisions to make at the end of the day 💯
