Thank you so much for this podcast. It has been extremely helpful and I am on HRT and has made a huge difference. I am in Canada so it's much more affordable here and I'm on a progestin tablet and then estrogel that I rub into my legs. Thank you for supporting women in this very difficult stage of our lives. It's comforting to know that we are not alone in this and that more doctors are trying to learn about it to help us. I have an amazing family doctor and he is very supportive and helpful through all of this.❤

The real question is, when should it be started in order to mitigate the harmful effects of the loss of hormones the question is, if you start estriol/estradiol too early are you shutting down your bodies natural production in the ovaries?

I’m still a little confused about taking testosterone which I want to do, but I already have hairloss. Do I just keep taking spironalactone and a very low dose of T?

Just FYI…..I have listened to the Dr Mary Claire for a long time and she states that women in their 60’s can definitely still take HRT…..she runs a battery of tests on them first to make sure they are completely healthy without heart issues etc before she prescribes HRT to women in older age…..of course you should do your own research and follow Dr Mary Claire for confirmation.

How come my progesterone isn’t helping me with sleep!😢. Maybe because I have hypothyroidism?

It's called ESTETROL. E4. It's not the first time she mispronounces this estrogen. Strange that she cannot look this hormone up.
