    Loved this conversation! We never got Dr Haver’s response on whether to cycle on and cycle off with HRT. Is it continuous til completely stopping??

    Just FYI Ambien is a sedative hypnotic but it is not a benzodiazepine.

    How do I find the right doctor for perimenopause? Should I go to an OBGYN or do I need to research who specializes in Menopause?

    Why would you not start HRT when you have a positive calcium cardiac score? Does estrogen hurt you then?

      Where are you from? Some countries do have them, they are usually OBGYNs. In our country I see private practice OBGYN speak a lot on this topic. Probably in public healthy as well but more in private practice.
