Oh I love that flex space. I would use it as an office. Why would you need a coat closet in Florida? That doesn’t make sense. You don’t put coat closet in homes in Florida. Come on now. I like the mud room and laundry room. Oh that looks like one of the GE top washers and glass dryers.
A half bath powder room. Yes. That could be like a second little office space. Or if you have a child and if they are still learning online, they can be right there learning. A lot of kids are going to want to continue doing online learning since many parents feel that it may not be safe with the pandemic even though schools are reopening. So it’s good to have that option right now. That little space. Anyway it’s right next to the kitchen.
You can fit eight people on that island. Oh my gosh. Everybody could have a party if people come over to the house. And that’s also good for when the kids come home from school they are doing their homework while mom is making dinner. I am quite sure this house is going for the 500,000 to 600,000s. That is an absolutely luxurious kitchen. I guarantee you it’s going for that range. How much it is Joe?

Yes!!!!!! A walk in pantry!!!! We live in Florida. You would wanna have one if there is a hurricane coming. And you know we are in a pandemic. You can use that space to store emergency food if there is some kind of lock down again. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Good Evening Joe....... The opening of this tour I was thinking “ this isn’t one of your best house showings”. BUT THEN WHEN THE DOORS OPEN...... I changed my mind on everything..... Ok first off I’m loving the sitting area in the front of the house and the blonde hardwood floors makes the house look bright and roomy...... Also the Jack and Jill bedrooms are just enough room for the kids to have fun and their own bathroom is always welcome..... Going into the beautiful living room area everything about the inside of this home is nice and that island with seating for 8 🤯🤯🤯 always a plus for entertainment..... The kitchen just needs a pot filler for me but that’ll still due loving the stainless steel sink and also the open concept where everyone is in on the conversation is very nice.... Now getting to the BEAUTIFUL upgraded backyard I’ll take it just as is and the pocket sliders I really don’t need with a backyard view like that..... The Master Bedroom ceiling is my “Attention to detail” moment nice and relaxing along with that gigantic shower that I totally love and I would put more shelves in that master closet but other then that it’s still a great space...... HARDWOOD FLOORS..... STEPS AND LOFT👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 this house is on point for me and love the additional bedroom in the loft area...... Again Joe you bring us beautiful videos of homes to look at and we can put together the perfect place in our heads to live in .....after watching your videos I know what I like and what’s not needed when I do decide to purchase a home...... maybe one day that million dollars will come😂😂... The entrance to these new build homes that have such a long Fourier and corridor to get to the living room and kitchen to me it's not inviting. That is just my opinion and always a wonderful job showing this home.

They have another community in St. Cloud. They also currently have a few close out communities, in Apopka nothing else is the Orlando Area. This is a great floor plan

Yes, there is an HOA. A majority of the neighborhoods I show are HOA communities. There is enough room to walk between these home 8-10ft.
