How do you prep the hairline before starting ? Your lines are crispy without enhancements that’s why I’m asking, it already gives that ash line persona

Get yourself a self-cut mirror, barber pencil and a cut buddy all can be found on amazon. Using the cut buddy and the barber pencil to draw the line. Then just use the trimmer to trace along the line. If you want to go a step further use the straight razor to define.

Barber today are taking too much hair down on the front hairline. What do you have to do is clipper over comb. Inch and a half to 2 inches in the front frame is horrible. It looks like a Caesar for the first 2 inches of the head and coils behind it

That front fade on the forehead lineup has gotta stop. I’m not even sure if you did that or he came in like that. But almost every barber on CZcams is doing it. They give about an inch to 2 inches of a number 1 behind the forehead lineup. And then a haircut behind it. You could do clipper over comb in the front lineup to get all the scraggly hairs out and then line it up. I don’t know how this got to be a trend. Even if you want to do a couple millimeters to make the line sharp I could understand. It’s like you get a Cesar in the front and then long hair behind it. I’m not out of touch either. I’m a barber. The only time it’s appropriate is when you have braids. Because it pulls on the hairline. So give a number one for the 1st inch. And then break behind it. I think people saw that look and start running away with it. Kind of like the Edgar haircut. They both have to go

You pushed up his arches quite a bit and the sides of the front you pushed back like a mofo too...keep it as close to natural all around because in 2 days when it's growing back in he's gonna look stupid
