The helmets look fantastic, but do you think the 2 stickers on the brow of the helmet would be better as one complete sticker and not two halves. I only say this as when I was watching the video all I could focus on was the join in the stickers. Good work though, keep it up 👍
I saw the same thing. I can't recall seeing it on the original prop so I went to look for images. That sticker just needs to be really flush to avoid the join being so visible. But what do I know. I thought it would be a decal put on in parts but then if it's not how it was in the movie... then it's not a replica
So you DO make the cogs in grey, and not just white! Can you do a custom TI number on the mohawk too? Do you have the dimensions of the helmet? I’m 5’5” and was wondering if it might look too big on me. I’ve been using a modded Don Post one since 2003.

I thought exactly the same - just a thought
It can't, it is on a domed surface. The split line lets it sit flat, otherwise it would wrinkle. The original decals are just like this.
