I’m about to buy mine but wanted a recommendation. Do you recommend sizing up or down for size or just stay true to the size you are. I’m an XL and just want it to fit snug but not tight.

It's hard to say, my flight suit is Large when i clearly should've gone for Medium. But i found the upper half of the suit to fit very well, the bottom half was a bit big for me and if i'm not using boots i end up walking on the suit. It's difficult to say

I don't really remember but since it's handmade, they start making it when you've placed the order so i think it was over a month maybe even 2

I picked wrong size for the jumpsuit but i would say go for your normal size

Normal troopers would be more expensive because they have got more armor parts.
I guess that's his reason.

go to my older videos, i used to have a complete set of Stormtrooper armor. It took time to put it on and it was very uncomfortable. This suit is quicker to put on and i can sit down if i want to xD

none that i'm aware of, wait a few more years. I bought my first stormtrooper armor at age 15
