0:02:15 Trimming the two hemispheres.
0:06:34 Joining the two hemispheres.
0:22:15 The Back end is fixed in place.
0:23:15 Fitting the front tab.
0:28:45 Fitting the middle tab.
0:30:51 Prep the cover strip & fixing at the bottom.
0:37:57 Secure rest of cover strip with tape.
0:38:31 Pay attention to the back quarter.
0:39:10 Plastic weld inside of cover strip at the base.
0:41:11 Move the magnets round.
0:43:35 Plastic weld the middle.
0:44:48 Trim excess from front of cover strip.
0:45:03 Move the magnets to nearer the front.
0:45:44 Plastic weld the front of the cover strip.
0:46:58 Move the magnets to the front.
0:47:26 Final plastic weld on cover strip.
0:48:27 No sanding…so far!
0:49:26 One last bit of plastic weld on the cover strip.
0:51:37 Summary so far…
0:52:15 Removing the magnets and tape.
0:54:26 One more trim.
0:56:07 A quick bit of dremeling.

What brand of plastic weld do you use? That stuff looks like it’s works really fast.
