Leadership Defined: Do we all have the capacity to lead What does it take to be a leader

At Primeast, we believe in people's capacity to make change.
We think it's about tapping into that motivation and that desire.
Sometimes we see something in somebody that they may not see in themselves, and then when we project that back to them, perhaps they can awaken to that possibility.
That is why we believe that everybody has the capacity to lead if they want to.
We don't fix people. People decide that they want to transform and change. So, once that motivation is there, then the sky is the limit.
We train our leaders in the competencies of emotional intelligence, and we have seen major transformation when people really understand how to leverage their knowledge in building more productive relationships.
It's possible.
