I though you had hurt your foot, not your head. 🤯 Crazy project.

Great job as usual. I love your projects. Do you have any videos of you specifically working on the design process in F360? If you don't already, I'd love to see you post these and walk us through the process, start to finish, with the use of parameters... everything.

Lovely job. As inventive as ever. I’d love to hear your advise on tiling as I have never been confident enough to try it. I’d also love to hear more about your setup. Endmill manufacturer, speed and feeds. I am new to all this and still making plenty of mistakes. Managed to some how put the cnc into submarine mode the other day curing the bit to dive as it was homing. Bit snapped clean in half. Using Spetool end mills and I find them very good.

Thank you for the compliments! We will have to make a video on tiling and the CNC setup to help you maximize your CNCs potential.
Cooling the bit while the CNC is homing sounds like a great idea, but it might not be the best solution for carbide woodworking bits. As I know, usually, water cooling is used when cutting metal components (during the cut).

It would be cool to add springs to each pin and try to sleep on it!

That's a great idea! We will have to try it sometime.
