    I totally agree with you, Raphael. We need to move all those wharves from there and those government buildings. Put the wharves up river and the government buildings inland. Then use that space for hotels, apartments etc and a boardwalk all the way to stabroek Market. 😊

    Raphael, you have good ideas but I am a bit confuse about motive. I think you can be a positive force for the development of Guyana.

      My motive is to demand high quality infrastructure for the citizens of Guyana. My method is to build independent institutions of the government. That is why I am starting an independent university. And I have several independent businesses that cover healthcare and housing and air travel.

    That would take some strategic planning to relocate those entities from their current location into a space conducive for the business type operations.
    We need a real city planning system to strategize and layout a model that would include civil engineering in order to see real transformation.

    If anyone has any sense in the opposition then they should come up with a riverfront development plan and include it in their platform for the upcoming elections!

    They should keep the Marriott and turning it a hospital.

    • @RaphaelNation
      @RaphaelNation  Před 2 měsíci +5

      The Marriott Hotel belongs to the citizens of Guyana. It should remain a hotel. Hospitals require specialized construction. They should be designed for that purpose from the ground up. We must adhere to international standards in all of our infrastructure.

      Bro. The coalition government signed of the oil contract with ExxonMobil and they created of the Sovereign Wealth Fund at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York were actions taken by the coalition government. What are these if not actions? Are these facts invisible to you?

  • @martinhicks3314
    @martinhicks3314 Před 2 měsíci

    Coalition couldn't maintain simple roads markets etc simple low hanging fruits they couldn't fulfill much less those massive projects you are touting

    • @RaphaelNation
      @RaphaelNation  Před 2 měsíci

      Coalition did not have 4 billion USD from oil profits. They signed the contracts that created the money that is now being spent. Don’t forget that the current government opposed the oil contract and overthrew the coalition with the promise to renegotiate the contract. It was all lies. But that spend our taxpayers money like they created it.

    Five years what they built all talk and you so gullible as to believe their cheap talk

    • @RaphaelNation
      @RaphaelNation  Před 2 měsíci

      They signed the oil contract with ExxonMobil. That is the most lucrative contract that Guyana has signed since independence. The pppc signed a contract with omai gold mines for 10% royalty. That company claims to have never made a profit so they never paid any royalties. But they smuggled tons of gold out of Guyana.

      @@RaphaelNationI thought you said this channel does not support any political party but always jumps to defend the coalition government when someone talk against them and ALWAYS praising the coalition and critical of the PPP . This is one example of you comparing the PPP omai contract to the coalition oil contract which is very foolish to compare gold with oil, because even the most lopsided oil contract anyone sign is more profitable than gold .Since you talking about omai I hope you realize that omai was mining in Guyana since 1986 which is under the age the PNC government which now name coalition party which fail to partnership with omai to form a large scale mining. I also notice you always say the PPP run the country for 23 years plus the current term and the coalition only run the country for five years trying to tell the people that is what its unfair to compare the coalition to the PPP ,but fail to mention the PNC now coalition 28 years in power which cause done a lot of damage to country. I guess you are embarrassed to talk about PNC.

      @@ShaneSanichar inconvenient facts does not constitute support. That facts are the facts. Pointing out the facts and separating the lies and identifying corruption doesn’t amount to political support. That is my duty as a citizen and a business owner. If you don’t understand that then it’s your own fault.
